I am Swedish and if I may say so quite handy in the kitchen. I love sandwich cake and have tried making it in the UK but I just can't get the flavours right. I came across Raya at a market and trying her sandwich cake blew my mind! It is the nicest sandwich cake I've ever eaten, it tastes just like it does in Sweden if not better!
I've so far had the Seafood, Charcuterie and Chicken Ceasar, I can't wait to complete the set with Vegetarian and Ham and cheese.
I've also had Janssons frestelse and it was perfect, my dad made it every Christmas so it catapulted me straight back to my childhood.
Love, love, love Rayas food and I can't recommend it enough! ❤️

Absolutely love RAYA’s food it’s all so fresh and delicious, the seafood sandwich cake and princess cake are to die for, as are the meatballs!!?I cannot recommend this amazing Lady enough and I can’t wait to try more!!x
