They provided excellent service and the most amazing food which everyone raved about - more than once I was told by my guests that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding, which was very impressive given the limited facilities at our venue vs a restaurant kitchen!
We had a power issue and the team adapted brilliantly and continued the day without anyone even noticing.

We were blown away from start to finish with HeyPesto. They catered amazingly for our wedding, something we had some initial anxiety around due to Joe's celiac. We were put at ease straight away from the tasting session when they made everything gluten free without any hesitation or concerns. We chose Hey Pesto as our wedding caterer as they were recommended by our venue. We arranged a tasting session at their HQ and were very impressed by the quality of the food - we'd chosen to have a selection of canapes and then an afternoon tea for our wedding breakfast.

On the day itself, we got fantastic feedback from all our guests on the quality of the food all round. Delicious, moreish canapes, fabulous afternoon tea with lots of little details which is hard to do when you're feeding approx 90 guests and the portions were also really healthy. The hog roast we chose for our evening food again was fantastic.

They also dealt with a number of fussy eaters we had, including my husband's father, who had an entire menu designed for himself which they didn't bat an eyelid to. They were super helpful and willing to be flexible in all areas regarding dietary requirements!

Danni came the day before to help us set up the venue and was really helpful and efficient.
A couple of notes we wanted to pass on with regards to feedback - when handing out the canapes, I think the servers need to do a better job of ensuring they are spread evenly amongst the guests - a lot of our guests didn't get to try them as they were only serving the same group of people again and again. And to remember the bride and groom! We specifically asked for a plate of canapes to be held back for us to make sure we were able to enjoy them. This was forgotten about until we prompted the on the day.

Another slight improvement would be to re-think how they serve the afternoon tea. The tiered stands they use weren't big enough to fit everything on and so they had a system where they would top them up as guests got through the contents but they didn't inform anyone of this when setting them down. So a lot of our guests thought the portions were really small and had to be spread out across a group of 6-8 people whereas this wasn't the case at all so I think some better communication is needed or a different way of serving it.

Apart from those details - they did a fantastic job and we would recommend them!

They were so helpful in the run up to the wedding helping us ensure everything was organjsed, and the food was absolutely delicious, we had so many compliments from our guests. Hey Pesto catered for our wedding at the weekend.
We found them to be such a friendly team and they dealt with all requests without any fuss. In particular they were excellent with dietary requirements/special requests and all our guests commented how inclusive they were.
We went for Haggis for our starter which was outside of their usual menu and it was cooked beautifully. Everyone commented on the generous portions too!
