Loved it. In fact the best service I've had in any cafe in England as a black person. Staff were really nice and didn't treat me any different. Food was amazing with a Michelin star rating service at the best price you can find!

Came in for 2 takeaway sandwiches and coffee, sandwiches took an ages to be cooked, missing extras and cold. The late was instant coffee and warm milk.
The Edge was great when it first opened, I won't be going back.

This cafe is a hidden gem. Great prices, varied menu, lovely helpful staff and very clean with a welcome seating area. If you've not tried it you don't know what you're missing

Burgers fetched from shop next door burnt on outside. No fries or onion rings as advertised on menu

Waited nearly 2 hours for food to be prepared and delivered, when the food arrived the eggs had congealed, the toast was burnt and soggy, sausages were cold, the beans had spilled out of the container, the bacon was so burnt it cut my mouth, hash brown was soggy and pancakes were burnt and rock hard. Do not order from this cafe, they obviously don't know what they're doing.

Don't bother. So we visited today to try the Sunday dinner. I had called in yesterday for a coffee and was impressed by the fact that everything on the Sunday lunch is homemade. I called the cafe yesterday to let them know a party of 6 would be in at 12.30 for Sunday lunches and wanted them to be forwarned given it would be a large order. We arrived at 12.25 and our drinks order was taken. We were told due to just eat and Uber eats orders, we would need to wait half an hour for food. We understood and said this was fine. Fast forward to 1 pm, 35 minutes later and still no one had come to take our order. When we approached the counter and asked, they said they would be over shortly. The young waitress came over and I asked how long it would be until the food would be ready if we ordered, given that at this point we'd been sat for 40 mins without our order even being taken. The waitress went in the back and did not return. At which point we got up and left. As a business you need to decide if you are a takeaway or a cafe. Appalling service today and won't be back. I'm shocked you charged for the one coffee we ordered.
