Ordered a latte and got a burning hot and burnt to taste coffee. Taste is still in my mouth 40 mins later. I went back to get one remade and was met with “in so long I’ve never had anyone say their coffee was burnt” she had an attitude from the word go, dismissing my complaint and making someone with ASD quite upset. She came across uncaring and unprofessional

Edit: her reply says it all ?since now she has edited twice

She has changed her reply…She says she is sorry for how I felt which implies that it’s down to my feelings which is not the case.
I would not of came back and ask for a better coffee if the drink I ordered was drinkable. Like I said, it left a horrid taste in my mouth for hours, even after eating. Tasted like burnt instant coffee ?the issue does not lay with me I’m afraid

I rest my case

Arrived in BoA after a demoralizing morning in Bristol, desperately wanting a coffee. Stepped out of the train station and this place was right there. Ordered a latte and turned around to get my bearings, expecting the familiar thunk thunk sounds of a pump but was surprised at the hand-pulled shots. Never seen one before and was skeptical. I shouldn't have been, the coffee was probably one of the best I've ever had and definitely the best one I had in my month travelling in the UK. A man with a dog walked up to order and they began chatting about his dog as he playfully sniffed about. I was only there for less than 10 minutes but my mood had turned completely around and I walked away with a huge grin on my face.

The best coffee in Bradford. A hand-pulled spring lever machine and everything done to the highest possible standard. Worth a detour if you're looking for great coffee, but right by the station too.

This place has the personal touch in every aspect. From the marketing on the van to the design of the cups to the selection of local suppliers. It's obvious that the owner brings her heart to this business in every aspect. It has a convenient location for catching the train or an early morning walk but it's the local spirit that the coffee girl creates that makes this takeaway coffee unit unique.

In BoA for a week and Coffee Girl is already a habit. We make the walk from the bridge to the train station for our morning fix. She also has coordinated with local providers to offer a tasty assortment of muffins and etc.
