Staff here remember things like your porridge order from the day before, a nice touch at breakfast. Love a Premier Inn cooked and continental breakfast, lovely fresh fruit selection aswell as the berries. Chefs were brill and would always go out of their way to give you the best service in a timely fashion. Easy parking, shame it's now a payable extra here instead of free as previous. Room enough space for the 3 of us. Lovely to have plenty of hot water on demand plus bath and shower, perfect for kids aswell as adults.

Fab nights sleep, we had a premier room and the bed was so comfy and the room had a lot of amenities. Parking may be an issue in future so be aware of that, as in it will cost to stay there. The cooked breakfast was lovely and staff were super friendly.

Amazing hotel! Staff were lovely and polite. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Have stayed at this hotel before and it never disappoints. Shame about the £3 for 24 hours parking fee being added as this car park used to be free which I can imagine was the appeal to many. Breakfast was lovely as always and the chef was very polite.

We really like Premier Inns and this was no exception. I had a room to myself, which turned out to be a disabled room (I'm not diabled, but I guess they may have run out of the ordinary rooms) and it was incredibly spacious. The staff, as usual, were great. And the breakfast sausages were marvellous !

Whilst I have no complaints about your staff the booking process and the comfortable and clean rooms, there is a problem with your menu choices in the restaurant.||Despite literature displaying in the room, some dishes they were not representative of what was served. There was a distinct absence of vegetables to accompany the dishes and no side choices. Your staff indicated they had already informed senior staff of this issue. The breakfast was no problem.

There is nothing negative to say about this lovely premier inn, the staff are polite & courteous, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was delicious! Ate at the pub nearby which was nice food but slow service. Stayed here for 4 nights and could have stayed a further 14! Will definitely be returning!!

In terms of hotel each Premier Inn is pretty much the same as another. The room was clean, super comfy bed and lovely deep bath. The thing that made this place particularly special was the staff at the hotel. Liam in the restaurant and also Simon the chef are a huge asset to this hotel and made the stay even more enjoyable and would certainly go back due to them.

Superb staff , Rooms functional & clean. Excellent breakfast.
Perfect location to explore the island from.
Be advised £7 a night parking fee , although you can park on adjoining road. I was lucky i booked before the charge was implemented.
