We have just got back from our stay at St Leonard's and it was the most wonderful 3 nights stay on the beautiful Isle of Wight. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It was extremely clean and modern, our room was beautifully decorated with a beachy theme. Lovely walk in shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thank you so much Pat

Wanted to stay here since fitting some shutters for Pat a few months ago as it looked like a top place to stay! Needless to say I was not disappointed. Comfortable room, outstanding breakfast choice and Pat & Karen are the perfect hosts. Room 1 with its accessible balcony is spot on and definitely worth requesting when booking. We have just returned from a lovely stay at St Leonards. Pat the owner is so lovely and welcoming, and will help you in any way she can. This B & B is in the best location to walk to the beach, old town & new town, with lovely pubs and restaurants. We could not fault our stay, The rooms and so clean and absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds with complimentary toiletries, wonderful breakfast choices, we opted for the full English, in which we could not fault. We will defiantly be back . Thankyou Pat and Karen

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds & plenty of breakfast choice. Pat the owner was so friendly & knowledgeable, and we will definitely return. This is the best b & b in the area, walkable to old town & new town, we did not want to leave. A stroll away to Shanklin beach. You could not ask for nicer hosts, Pat & Karen thanks & see you soon

We stayed at St. Leonards for a week and it was a very enjoyable stay with great weather. Pat and Karen were friendly and helpful. Very spacious rooms and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were lovely. Only a short walk to the old village and sea front.

Pat makes you very welcome from the moment you walk in.The rooms are very clean and spacious with great decor.|The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. There is plenty of off road parking and within easy walking distance of the lift to the beach or town centre

A warm welcome awaits at St Leonard's Guest House. Pat the owner / host is excellent, very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. The guest house has excellent off street parking and is a very short walk both to the lift to the beach and into the town centre and beautiful old town.||The on suite bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and decorated to a high standard with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room.||The public areas are beautifully decorated and obviously a lot of thought has gone into the artwork.||The guest lounge is music themed and an honesty bar is provided with a good range of wine beer and snacks.||The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food including full English, breakfast cereal, toast and fruit and yogurt. All served in a lovely dining room that is light airy and gets the morning sun.||We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend.

We love The St Leonard and we love Pat and her colleague Karen. The house is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. We’ve stayed twice and will not hesitate to stay again. All of the rooms are well arranged with tea/coffee and TVs. ||There is an honesty bar which leads out on to the front patio where you can enjoy a bottle of wine or a beer in the evening air. ||Pat cooks an array of breakfasts from a fruit salad with yoghurt and croissants or pancakes or eggs or fish to a full English and they are all to die for. ||We’ve compared this B&B to where our friends have stayed and they never compare.||Do it!! Book yourselves in. You will never look back ❤️
