I recently met with Amy for a consultation and subsequent treatment. Her services were recommended to me by a friend and despite not having availability, due to my circumstances, Amy did manage to find an appointment for my consultation and follow up.

From the beginning, the communication was fantastic. Both in arranging an appointment to the actual consultation itself. Amy is very open in her language with clients and clear on what what she can and cannot offer. I felt instantly at ease during my consultation and we discussed various options available.

Her attention to details with regards to my wellness, health and the treatments that she can offer was exceptional - She was incredibly thorough in assessing my own health and how any treatments may potentially affect this. There was absolutely no "hard sell" - I did not feel pressured at all and her clinic is very much focused on the health and well-being of clients rather than their aesthetic appearance. It is evident that Amy is a medical professional with years of experience in treating and caring for people, this comes through in every element of her work.

My treatment was exactly as Amy had advised and she made it clear to me that she would be available for any aftercare (which I have not needed). I am delighted with the results of the treatment that I had and felt they were exactly as advised, if not better.

I felt completely safe and at ease with Amy and would 100% recommend her to family and friends. Having any kind of treatment can be daunting for women, especially if they are completely new to the world of aesthetic treatments (which I was). Amy put me at ease immediately and her professionalism and attention to detail gave me the confidence to proceed with a treatment with absolutely no doubt whatsoever. I will definitely consult with A L Medical Aethestics & Wellness in the future.

Ok, I don't often say things like this BUT Amy is actually a genius! I've had treatments like botox and fillers for around 20 years now and having moved into the area 5 years ago I've most recently had a plastic surgeon/aesthetician do my filler and botox. I cannot tell you how many times I have been disappointed and left with bulging veins at my temple and feeling like I cannot get what I want. On top of that being told that no one else would notice the lumps and bumps I'm left with! The ironic thing is that I have followed Amy since I moved up here due to her Save Face accreditation and only wish I had followed my gut and gone with her to start with! Amy listens, is a highly skilled injector, has a superb eye for detail and, on top of her numerous accreditations is a Matron in the A&E at Manchester Royal Infirmary, so you know you are in safe hands!
