My first time visiting Alison today. I have to say what an amazing experience. Alison was very professional, explained my treatment thoroughly and listened to me about what I wanted.
A very calm, soothing and warm feel to the treatment room. Clean and tidy.
Felt so relaxed. So much so that I came home, had a soak in the bath and then fell asleep for 2 hours. Was very much needed and feel great. Will definitely be making this a regular thing.

I have had the wonderful experience of having two treatments with Alison from Smooth Soothe. The first time was a raffle prize , I hesitantly attended the appointment after a crazy, stressful term in a new role at an SEN school. Never did I ever imagine I would fall asleep during a massage. It was the most relaxing, stress relieving treatment ever. The second time was after a recent half marathon. I was struggling with very stiff and sore muscles. I sent an email to Alison and almost immediately got a response that she had one opening. Again it was absolutely wonderful, for three days I haven’t been able to walk upstairs properly. When I got home I walked upstairs and realized that I hadn’t even flinched. I can’t recommend Alison enough.
