We stayed for one night for a concert nearby. We were allocated a twin room in the overflow house down the road from the main hotel. It was £65 per night per room. The receptionist was helpful and nice. The hotel car park was full but it was easy to find local parking. The tube is five mins down the road, with many local shops available. The location is ideal for a London trip. The room was clean but small. It was modernised and the beds were ok. There was a buffet self service breakfast and several kitchen areas in the building for self catering. I don't know about the conditions in the main hotel, but this overflow house was nice and safe. I would stay again, and recommend it.

Absolutely one of the most horrific ,unsafe and unhygienic hotel in London. I am a very easy person to please but this really takes the piss. I highly do not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons but the main reason I want to point out is the lack of hygiene in the hotel room. The toilets had traces of urine and faeces around the toilet seat and the toilet floor looked like no one mopped it. To matters make worse, the wall had traces of mucus and blood and there was mould and lime scale on the shower. The room itself was very dusty and the carpet was filthy and I’m afraid the list is endless. Another thing I would like to point out is the safety. The level of security of the hotel was zero to non as I believe someone wanted to break in my room and i was so relieved I double locked it. That was the final straw so I immediately took all of my belongings and left at 2 in the morning as I was fortunate enough that a lovely friend of mine had allowed me to stay at her place in Hampton. I know the distance was long but I couldn’t stay there. If there is anyone who is thinking about staying in this hotel please believe the bad reviews cos they are 100% accurate. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Great location with free parking and easy access to the tube but by far the grubbiest hotel room ( room16) I have ever stayed in. The state of the walls in the room was disgusting. It all needed a good cleansing to remove what looked like old snot an god knows what else from the wall. Moved the bed away from the wall to avoid touching it. Only one what appeared to be dirty towel in the room and had to ask for another two. Didn’t chance staying for breakfast as not sure how hygienic the kitchen and dining room would have been based on the lack of general cleanliness room. Wouldn’t want to stay there or recommend this place. Just wish I had seen the reviews first

I no longer have a study-leave budget so economy is everything. I needed a hotel outside the congestion charge zone, with good transport links nearby, and a good price. This is the place! I got a clean bed and clean bathroom for half the price of anywhere else. Yes, it's a bit tired, but clean is good enough to me. I will be back!

The company I work for booked this hotel and after we read the reviews we quickly tried to cancel. A lady agreed to cancel the booking at no charge but when the office phoned to confirm the cancellation this was denied and told there would be no refund. ||So we had to travel down to the hotel. On arrival our expectations weren’t high and soon hit rock bottom! Outdated by about 50 years, rooms were just awful, stains in pillows and sheets, stains all sound the room, rooms smell mouldy, mouldy bathroom. I could go on but it was safe to say I refused to stay in this dump! ||As I handed the keys back I told the owner he should be ashamed to take money off people to stay here which he found hard to believe and asked why (poor ignorance) so I told him all the faults and the only thing he was surprised to hear was the stains and asked me to show him. Which I did and his answer was you get what you pay for not even a sorry! Now £40 for a single room I expect a certain level of cleanliness no matter what part of the world but especially here in the uk! ||How this place is still allowed to operate is beyond me, please AVOID, this place needs closing down!

I arrived late at this hotel 11 days ago having booked online., The police were there as the place had been robbed , apparently by someone known to the staff! !! I wasn’t expecting much for the price in London but expected basic cleanliness and decent service. I was told there was no booking but as it was 10pm and as I was desperate I had no option but to pay again . I was told if they received the initial booking I would be refunded. was shown to a room which was shabby and grubby but not expecting much I wasn’t disappointed. When my bank details showed that I had been charged twice 2 days later I phoned and was told they had no other booking. Having eventually acknowledged that I have paid twice I have phoned daily to get a refund but have been fobbed off and lied to by various staff ... still no refund 11 days later despite repeated attempts and phone calls . The place seems to be used primarily to house vulnerable people but feels unsafe and lacks basic hospitality.

Stayed for 3 nights whilst going to a nearby festival. I wasn’t expecting much for ~£30 a night. As expected, very basic. Not the cleanest place in the world and the beds weren’t that comfortable. Toilets/showers not that clean either. If I had paid more then I would be leaving a much more critical review but for £30 a night I got exactly what I was expecting (based on past experiences). ||I can’t say much about the staff as I didn’t interact with anyone outside of checking in/out but they seemed nice enough. ||If you’re just passing through and need a cheap place for a night then this place would do the job but if you’re planning on a long stay I would definitely look elsewhere and consider paying a bit extra.

Had a short stay in the hotel.Postcode given would take the driver to a different location.
Location is good and for that 2 stars. In the room TV was not working, creaking doors. Breakfast was awful. It was fine that eggs were not served in breakfast but there should be alternative like fruits/ yoghurts/ Oats. Rubbish! Would never recommend.
