One of the boys working at A To Z is extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional.
He has no manners, no customer service skills, and doesn’t even know how to talk to people respectfully.
Instead of helping, he shouted at me for no reason and showed a disgusting attitude.

Hi , I’ve been asking the New Cross branch to sort this out .
The 7x7 grease proof bags aren’t grease proof at all. And it’s stating the best grease proof bags On it . It’s not .
Your company used to have one that was really good then you changed to this very poor quality.
Apart from the “grease proof “ bags I’m happy with everything else. The staff are very kind and polite. I can get most of the products I need .

I am talking about Collections only
The products are good quality and fair prices.
But the customer service is very bad and it make you guilty to go there.
As business owner I feel sorry for owner to have such employees.
They are always moody, not helpful and as soon you step in they give you a dirty and unpleasant look.

I spent around £6k a month, I am regular loyal customer but I am looking to replace you guys because of your workers.

Please considering hiring someone who want to work.

We have been using az for about 9 years. Today I had a delivery of only 4 items, the driver made a mistake and brought us a wrong item and I made a mistake checking it as the two items look similar at first glance. The driver left and within 5 minutes I had realised and contacted az who were very friendly, they spoke to the driver who told his office that he had brought the correct item... The office arranged for the driver to come back. The driver returned shortly after and slammed the correct item down on the floor before shouting about how we hadn't checked the items correctly. I didn't shout at him for not checking his 4 items correctly when he loaded them off his van so I'm not sure why he feels it's OK to come in our shop ranting and shouting. Az are generally alright. Fairly priced and we will continue using them although we have found other suppliers for certain items. We used to spend about 2.5k a month and it's now around 1200. That driver is rude which is a shame as the rest of the staff are decent and friendly.

Received my second delivery from A to Z today
The driver called 2 hours before delivery to confirm delivery time . And the delivery was punctually delivered by a friendly and professional driver and his assistant. Items were neatly placed into my hallway. And I was handed my invoice to check my delivery items.
Everything was as ordered and with good dates. I’m very pleased with my purchases and the service I received. I’ll definitely purchase again Highly recommended.
