What a fantastic fabulous guesthouse this is. I was made immediately welcome as I arrived which was great. My room was lovely, it was just what I needed. The bathroom & shower facility was brill also. Also there's a newsagents immediately next door which is also run by the owners of the guesthouse. But yes I'm definitely coming back most definitely, it was an absolute pleasure staying here 🙂.||||The guesthouse is in an ideal location, a short walk to the beach & shops & cafes of Whitley Bay. Bus 309 from Newcastle Upon Tyne To Blyth Passes through Whitley Bay, and stops a short 10 min walk from the Guest House.||||But yes I'll definitely returning....🙂🙂

This was the fifth time that I have stayed in this establishment. Clean, comfortable, peaceful and reasonably priced accomodation that is only a few minutes walk from the bars, cafes, shops, sea front as well as the Tyneside Metro and bus services. In short I highly recommend the Aabba Guest House to anyone planning to stay in the Whitley Bay and Tynemouth area. Also Newcastle upon Tyne is within easy reach from Whitley Bay Metro station.

I stayed at this guest house as it was a good price and close to the sea front, metro and amenities. The top floor bedroom was very comfortable and quiet with an immaculate private en suite shower room complete with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, plenty of tea and coffee and cold water available. The owner even made secure space available for my bike.||The family are very friendly and welcoming and all guests were very respectful with no disturbances. I had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again in preference to branded hotels.||No breakfast is offered but there are plenty of places selling breakfast near the metro.

A friend and I used this guest house as a base for a recent trip. We booked a twin room with ensuite. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much however we were incredibly pleased when we got there!|Hardeep gave as a warm welcome. Our room had 2 comfy double beds, it was very clean and had some unexpected extras in the ensuite.|Lots of nearby plugs for phone charging. The placed seemed to have undergone renovation recently.|There was limited headroom up the top flight of stairs and you do have to duck.|Parking is possible down the street but not guaranteed. The metro centre is a short walk away. There are lots of places to eat nearby. |It was great value for money.|I would recommend! (Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.)

Yet another pleasant stay at this guest house, my 6th. This establishment I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation. Friendly, clean and not far from the centre of Whitley Bay or from the Metro Station.

100% recommend, can not fault it at all the woman who owns it is lovely, very friendly and will happily stand and talk to you.
When you walk in it smells lovely and so clean, the bedroom was spotless, the towels were so soft, the was a selection of tea and coffee, bottles of water. The bed was so comfortable, best night sleep me and my husband has had in months, we didn't want to get up, lovely arm chair to.
Bathroom spotless, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash provided, not little bottles either, big bottles. Was lovely and warm the room. They also own the shop next door the man who owns the hotel but seen him in the shop more was a nice man to and to top it of they had my favourite drink were no one sells no more Madori. Will definitely return and I recommend this hotel 100%.
Thank you.

I chose the Aabba Guest House as it had very good reviews and it lived up to my expectations and beyond. Our room was very clean and comfortable, Our host marvellous, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you. It's less than 5 minutes from the beach, a short distance to the town centre and metro, and there are lots of different restaurants nearby. A gem. Will be booking again for September!

This is a very nice guest house to stay. It is on a side street near the sea front and easy access to metro station. The room is very comfortable and clean. The proprietor is friendly and make you welcome. Good walks along sea from to St Mary lighthouse or Tynemouth.
