Abbey Farm B&B was an absolute gem—I loved it so much I extended my stay by three days. The warmth and kindness of the family were incomparable; they went above and beyond, from picking me up at the airport to helping with dinner reservations and accommodating my (many) odd requests without hesitation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy, with a spotless shower room that felt like a spa retreat. The breakfast? Hands down the best I’ve had in the last decade—fresh, delicious, and made with care. On top of all that, the location is perfect for commuting to nearby cities like Birmingham or Coventry while still feeling like a peaceful countryside escape.

A massive thank you to Jen for her perfect attention to detail, Bill for his humor that made every morning brighter, Ryan for his fantastic dinner recommendations, and Lewis for kindly carrying all my bags from the car to my room. Truly an unforgettable stay—I can’t wait to return!

We were gifted a 2 night stay at this charming place and couldn't have been more pleased. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our host, Jenny, was very friendly and attentive and cooked us a tasty breakfast both mornings. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return soon.

Oh what a treat it was to stay at Abbey Farm. We arrived on a cold autumnal afternoon and were greeted by the ever wonderful Jenny. She informed of us a local event happening in town for Christmas as we are so glad she did. We awoke to views of the lake with the swans hanging about and a delicious breakfast. Proper full English with some excellent chat thrown in. If we are ever back in this area we will book again. Thanks !!

Beautiful setting and stunning house. Our room was amazing. Large, clean and totally in character with the building. Super bed and great quality sheets and pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly host. Could not have been more accommodating, will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Abbey Farms! The hosts were so so kind & very attentive. Definitely recommend for a cozy stay if you’re passing through Atherstone, or for a a nature get away. I’ll be returning asap!!

Everything you could want when you're away from home.
Great accommodation, great host and great food. Absolutely fabulous countryside location with its own small lake. Waking up in the large comfy bed and then watching the swans swimming in the lake from your breakfast room makes you feel like the lord of the manor.
I've been 4 times now and already rebooked for my next trip to the area.

I had a last minute phone booking with Jenny. She was so welcoming,friendly and very kind lady.
The rooms are spacious with TV and coffee&tea making facilities. Beautiful view to the lake. We had a private bathroom access.
Free parking and WIFI
Had a breakfast outside which was excellent and generous.
We loved every moment there and will come back for sure.
