I was allocated Room 1 on the ground floor. Upon arrival I asked as it was a ground floor room would it be noisy. The man behind the counter just snapped 'no' at me. Not the nicest welcome.

The room had a slight odour of cigarettes. I realised why...the window was open and the room is located by the entrance where people go out to smoke. This meant I had to close the window on a hot day. There were air fresheners in the room ..but it still had that slight smell.

I decided to use the air conditioning unit instead. This thing was noisy and ancient. It took ages to cool the room and I'm not sure it worked properly. It was a very loud and old system. You definitely couldn't have it on overnight and sleep. It was very loud. The room was small and stuffy. The only decent bit was the bathroom. That was good and had a decent shower.

I didn't sleep well as I could hear people smoking and chatting right outside my window. The corridor had a key fob system and I heard it beep every time someone came into the corridor.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear the man snoring next door like he was in the same room.

I can't comment on breakfast as I didn't opt into that. Possibly the rooms on other floors are better...but I didn't see them.

The parking situation wasn't great. I phoned in advance and was told it was pay parking for 24 hours at £15. I parked on a side street about 5 minutes walk away instead.

I guess if you add the parking cost to the price of the room you'd be much better off going elsewhere with actual free parking and a better room.

After a bad night's sleep I was glad to depart.

Booked for a concert at Wembley the past weekend||1. The walk back from Wembley stadium (which we did to avoid the queues at the tube station) really wasn't bad. We managed it in about 35-40 minutes. Which would have been the same amount of time you'd have queued for the tube... So is a great location||2. Is way better than i expected given the value. Friendly staff, super clean and large room- and a really great breakfast with coffees and juices.||Would absolutely come back when coming to a gig at Wembley again

Stayed here one night after a football match at Wembley - ideal base if you're attending an event there. Room was very clean and good value. Had a superior twin which had a microwave, sink and fridge. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast menu was pretty extensive and the food was good. Would have eaten at the cafe the previous evening, menu looked lovely and prices were very reasonable, unfortunately it closes at midday on Sundays.
Have to say the staff were outstanding and could not have been more friendly or helpful. Was with my dad who's disabled - contacted them on the way down and they saved a parking space for us as there's very limited parking (only about 4/5 spaces outside the hotel). They also let us check in a little earlier. This really made the stay a lot easier. Would definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Always had an amazing time when staying at Abbey Point hotel and the prices are decent for what they provide. Stayed in a couple rooms and they have all had microwaves and a fridge with a small freezer compartment as well. The cafe downstairs is amazing! The amount of options they have as well is just fantastic and the portions are a great size, prices are also decent too. The staff are lovely, kind and always welcoming. Me and my friend have been here multiple times and we always come back because we love it that much! ❤️ this is our go to hotel.

Lovely couple of days at this hotel which was run by a professional team especially the lady who helped me sort out the parking as I couldn’t download the app. Rooms spacious, mini kitchen , lovely shower room , very clean and a fabulous freshly cooked breakfast.|Will recommend to family and friends .|Stayed here for Wembley which was great going but had to walk halfway back due to lack of buses but the transport into central London was very good

My boyfriend booked this hotel for 2 nights and when I first saw the photos, I was a little worried. However, I couldn't have been more wrong.|Brilliant hotel, clean, tidy, quiet room (however we did request this) - was very silent, perfect.|Very basic room but had everything that you needed. Breakfast was incredible, proper English fry up! And THE BEST cup of tea! It's going in my 'Top 3 teas of all time' (it may even take the top spot). The customer services was fantastic and everyone was very helpful and friendly||Only negatives were there wasn't anywhere to hang out clothes and was a little out the way from the train (about a 20 minutes walk).||However, I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it. Thank you 🤗
