We were so pleased to work with ABJ Catering for our wedding at Willow Marsh Farm, catering for 90 people. Adam, Rod, Hannah, and everyone involved in the planning and on the day were exceptionally helpful and kind.
Great communication from our initial consultation and quote, through all our our small changes and requests - including accommodating a number of people with dietary requirements - and finally confirming all our choices just before the wedding day. We felt well supported and informed!
The team expertly created canapes for the reception; starter and main courses for the wedding breakfast; and pizza for the evening. They also kindly cut and served our wedding cake as dessert. We particularly recommend the pesto and green bean gnocchi, which was our starter and was delicious!
Truly, for all the stresses that can happen over the course of planning a wedding, catering was not one of them for us. It was pleasure to host the ABJ Catering team. They were calm and reassuring in the set up (day before) and on the day. They know the venue very well so were self sufficient in moving everything in and around. All our our guests remarked how nice the staff were and how they felt there was plenty of food throughout the day. Many thanks!

I could tell from the initial meeting with Adam that he had a true passion for food, so I knew that ABJ catering would be the perfect fit for our wedding.

Adam, Hannah and Rod have all been so professional and helpful during the planning, from the initial call through to the wedding day itself everything was clear and organised.

The menu tasting a few months prior to the wedding was a highlight for us and heightened our excitement for the big day. I couldn’t stop thinking about the food from then until the wedding!

On the wedding day, the food was amazing, and certainly the best we’ve ever tasted at a wedding—delicious and beautifully presented. One of the most frequent compliments was the generous portion size - ABJ will not let your guests go hungry!

The team was outstanding in managing table plans and handling last-minute changes, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience and highly recommend them for any event!

We recently had the pleasure of working with ABJ Catering for our wedding this September, which hosted around 50 guests. Their service truly exceeded our expectations, starting with a delightful wedding eve meal for our close family members and friends, followed by a wedding morning breakfast for our on-site guests, and finishing with our wedding meal.

From the outset, ABJ demonstrated exceptional attention to dietary restrictions. They thoroughly catered to all needs, ensuring that guests with specific dietary issues were individually accommodated. The variety of options was impressive, showcasing their commitment to inclusivity.

The food itself was nothing short of spectacular—definitely a 10/10! The canapés, starters, mains, desserts, cheese boards, and even the s’mores board were all beautifully presented and perfectly aligned with our wedding style. The freshness of the locally sourced meat and fish was evident. Each dish was prepared to a high standard, both in taste and appearance. The chef is a maestro!

For our breakfast on the morning of the wedding, ABJ delivered exactly what we envisioned: overnight oats, fresh pastries, a selection of fruits, and yogurt. It was the perfect start to a busy day. The wedding eve meal, featuring a Mediterranean mezze served family style, was a highlight—delicious flavors and a relaxed atmosphere allowed everyone to enjoy the meal at their own pace. The wedding meal itself consisted of three courses with three options for starter, 3 options for main, and two dessert options. It finished with cheese boards, and was followed up with pizza in the late evening. The efficiency of the service was incredible.

Luke and the serving team provided exceptional service throughout the event. They were not only professional and well-presented but also incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and our guests.

The setup and cleanup were seamless. They arrived a day early to organize everything, taking care of all cutlery, crockery, and even the arrangement of tables and chairs in coordination with the venue. Their thoroughness made the entire experience effortless for us.

Communication with ABJ was a breeze. Whenever we needed to discuss details, their team was responsive and well-informed, making us feel confident that everything was in capable hands.

Overall, we found their pricing to be very reasonable and fair given the quality of service and food provided. We could not be happier with our choice to work with ABJ Catering. They guided us through the process with professionalism and always with a friendly smile, and we are truly grateful to the entire team for making our wedding so memorable.

ABJ was a brilliant caterer for our wedding. They created a fully tailored menu for us off the back of a brainstorming call with Adam to discuss our tastes and preferences. We ended up with a wide range of Middle Eastern style sharing plates which went down really well - lots of our guests came up to us to say how great the food was. They even agreed to do a few plain cheese sandwiches for the not-so-adventurous grandparents!

The presentation was excellent and Hannah worked with us to make this come to life. And huge thanks to the amazing team who tied 80 napkins for us on the morning of the wedding…!

From our initial call and emails, to our taster session and then through to Luke on the day. Everyone was great and food was class.

I’m not planning on getting married again. But if I did, I’d probably get these guys to cater it.
