My children and I love it here. It is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere due to staff. They have made great use of the space with slide, ballpit, climbing area, playhouse, sensory corner and
pretend play. Because it is smaller I can still play with my older child and supervise the younger one sleeping in the pram. The food and drinks are tasty especially toasties, coffees and melty cookies. It is also a nice place to meet local families.

I’ve been a few times with my toddler son. Overall he enjoys himself, but the play and cafe area maintenance are sadly not being taken care of. The ball pit isn’t much of a ball pit anymore as it’s less than half full and many of the balls are crushed. Several of the toys were broken or damaged. The structure which the kids can climb into is starting to wear a lot. The coffee tables have extremely hard and sharp corners which are not protected - my son hit his head on the corner and when I made the worker aware, there wasn’t an apology, but only the excuse that they’ve tried many times to put protectors on them but they don’t stay on - Perhaps get new tables that don’t have sharp corners!! Poor choice of tables, poor maintenance overall.

Abuela's is such a lovely little softplay. Very clean, helpful, active and polite staff. My 2 x 4year olds played non-stop for 90mins. Great ball pit!!

So happy Abuelas opened. It’s the perfect play place for my 1&3 year old - they are both entertained and safe there. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and is absolutely great with children. The staff regularly clean and reset the play area which makes a huge difference to how appealing it is for kids. The coffee is delicious, the food is pitched just right for kids and adults and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Highly recommend the cakes too.

Have been a few times to this lovely cafe since its opening. It’s been great to have this venue open on our doorstep as a meet up place for new mums and dads and a safe space to take our growing babies to. I look forward to many more visits. It’s hard not to walk past on my trips to town without being tempted to buy a piece of their delicious cakes! The staff are welcoming and very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.

A lovely play cafe that Coulsdon definitely needed! Have been a few times with my little one to meet my friends - enjoyed a coffee and delicious cake whilst my daughter had a great time in the ball pit. The owner and staff are always so friendly, clean and safe space to take your little ones.

We adore this local cafe giving my 9 month old an opportunity to play and learn within walking distance of our home. The staff are so warm and happy to accommodate any specific requests. My friend and I had a delicious toastie and iced coffee while we watched our children playing together. We are so grateful for all of the hard work the owner Natalia puts into keeping the space clean and fresh. It’s a real gem and asset to the community.
