I visited Birmingham, with my young children for sight seeing. |We had an incredible experience at the AC Hotel |Probably one of the best hotels I’ve visited in West Midlands. |Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and ever so polite ||We were met by very friendly Adalana who went above and beyond to create such a beautiful stay for me and my kids. ||Chef Jainil made us an incredible omelette for breakfast even the kids licked their plates clean! |Mocha was so good! Breakfast overall was so presentable and delicious ||I would highly recommend requesting Sir Jainil’s vegetable & cheese omelette yum! |Chef your food is like magic!! |A breakfast we’ll be telling all of our friends and family about ||We also met very helpful gentleman Georga who looked after us throughout our time at breakfast |He assisted our table promptly and very pleasant. ||Overall our time has been fantastic at AC hotel |Room was very clean and comfortable ||A huge thank you to all the lovely staff for making our visit to Birmingham memorable |We’ve definitely coming back!

Lovely hotel. Perfect setting. Great view of canel. Breakfast was beautiful too with an array of options for food. Also some lovely little gestures such as the lavender bags to pop under your pillow for a good night's sleep. Definitely will return.

We had a superior room with canal view - and it was very comfortable. The location is good, being in the canalside area. Breakfast was also good - with eggs cooked to order in addition to a good range of choice from the buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. We felt it was good value for money.

Excellent from start to finish. My one issue was £23 for parking is just ridiculous. The 10% discount link was absent from the email so was unable to take advantage of that. I will say how ever, everything else was simply impeccable. Front of house were amazing, very friendly and warm and happy to help. All staff were very helpful and smiling, rooms are some of the best iv stayed in. Huge beds!!
Location is second to none, beautiful setting. Would highly recommend this hotel just be aware of car park charges when budgeting.

The hotel itself is good, the rooms can be varied in terms of how well maintained they are, but they are always clean. Have had a few instances where the TV doesn't work properly.

Breakfast is buffet style and the range of options is more than adequate for me, depending on how hungry I am I may choose yogurt and some fruit, or sometimes some of the hot options. They will cook eggs to your preference on request.

The main positive for me is the location, for visiting the mailbox the hotel is very well located.

The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making you feel right at home. Coffee lovers will appreciate the quality brew available from the hotel’s own coffee service or the nearby Black Sheep Coffee, both offering excellent options to fuel your day. A great spot that balances style, comfort, and convenience.

Enjoyable stay. Everything is really great. The staff, location and food were fantastic. Will definitely return for another stay. Our room was really comfortable and very clean. The location is close to trendy restaurants and bars to choose

Just had one night for a concert nearby. The hotel is spot on for the location . The staff was so helpful and amazingl and so informative about the area. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms are very good and clean . We will definitely be returning
