Directly on the North Downs Way this was a great place to stay in Canterbury. Our charming hostess provided a warm welcome and gave us a very good breakfast the next morning. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Dining is available a short distance away in Canterbury.

I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. Tam is an excellent host and my room was very comfortable. It's perfectly placed for either walking into town or up to the University ( there are also buses!)

We stayed at this B&B breakfast for a little getaway from London. It was very convenient to get to - perhaps 10 minutes max from the station by foot. Tam, the owner, is lovely - very hospitable and full of advice on what sights to see! The room was cozy, clean and warm. Would definitely recommend!

As a person who stayed in Acacia Lodge B&B for a quite long time, I can assure anyone who goes to Canterbury that it is going to be joyful and comfort stay. The B&B is ideally located in the most desirable part of the city, offering easy access to the city center and train station. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. However, the standout feature is the owner, Tam's warm and welcoming attitude. She goes out of her way to ensure that your stay is memorable, making you feel as though you're part of her family. She is always willing to assist you, no matter the situation. If you're planning a visit to Canterbury, I highly recommend staying at her B&B.

Acacia Lodge is excellent. The room was clean, comfy and quiet and the B&B is in a great location, just a short distance from the city centre and various bus routes to get out beyond Canterbury.

Tam and Mark were fantastic hosts. We got excellent tips as to what to do and see in and around Canterbury. It really improved our stay. They were very accommodating with check in/out and rustled up a tasty breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Just spent a week at Acacia Lodge and loved it! (We are repeat customers as were several others who were there during our stay, which vouches for the quality of the B&B.) Tam is a gracious host, who is so welcoming! You can tell that she loves what she does! The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The location is convenient for walking to the Catherdral or the high street. Tam always has great ideas on what to do in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

The most charming comfortable and clean Inn. Owned and operated by a wonderful family. Perfect location inside the old town of Canterbury. Also a quick train ride from London.

Acacia Lodge is in a very convenient location just a few minutes' walk from the West station and city centre. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tam was quick to reply to my booking request and was a perfect host. She responded flexibly to my needs, offered a generous breakfast and even introduced me to her chickens! Acacia Lodge will be my first choice of accommodation next time I visit Canterbury.
