Delightful place for a base to explore. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, and always helpful. Very clean and well situated in town. I ate in the Hotel one night, but everything is walking distance so unless moving out of town, and car stays in the big car park they have. Good WiFi connection too.

We visited on Sunday for the Mother’s Day lunch and we’re really impressed by the menu options and the meals themselves. The prawn starters were huge and so delicious and we all had roast beef which was cooked to perfection. Great options for the kids meals too and staff were so friendly! Will definitely be back to try the Grill Menu!

Not impressed at all with this hotel for the price we paid. We were attending a wedding at another local hotel which had no availability so we booked the Adair Arms. When we walked through the door we were watched by everyone right through to reception. The reception staff were lovely on check in but when we arrived back at the hotel after the wedding at 11pm we were watched yet again by everyone, including the 4 members of staff around the reception, until the lift doors opened and we got in. I have never felt so uncomfortable. ||Rooms are very dated, not as clean as they should be (hairs found on pillow), tiny bathroom and very noisy floorboards. ||Breakfast was just ok, very little choice other than the usual cooked breakfast. ||Won’t be staying again and wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I have returned from having 2 Course Early Bird Special on Adair Arms Hotel in Ballymena. Excellent. As good a meal as we've had anywhere. Excellent service, friendly staff. Just brilliant 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 definitely be back soon

I didn't stay in the hotel but was at a catering function. The room was dressed well.|I then went to look around the hotel.|All staff I encountered were very helpful and welcoming. Food was fresh and hot. Drinks were provided and there where plenty of choice.

Called in for dinner after some Christmas shopping and was so impressed!||Really cozy and inviting hotel with lovely Christmas decorations. Had the honey chilli chicken and my partner had a turkey dinner- both were delicious! Great portions and well presented.||Staff couldn’t be more helpful , really friendly and welcoming- we look forward to coming back soon and trying some of the cocktails too!

Decided to take my mother for lunch, and to Adair arms Ballymena.
Parked in the carpark just across the road, of which is another story, as bought ticket, put on door window, but must have fallen off, as received a parking ticket.
But to the meal, the service was excellent, the menu extensive, but we all opted for the turkey and ham Christmas dinner.
Not disappointed, as I even got butter for my roast potatoes, really tasty, the turkey was perfect, the ham succulent, potatoes, roast and mash on the mark.
Overall a beautiful dining experience.
