I came in with lower back pain, Veronica immediately identified the location, the treatment was a combination of deep tissue and sports massage. Veronica was absolutely amazing! The pressure was perfect, i often find some massage treatments are very light. She understood the anatomy and muscular structure of the body and was highly knowledgeable. A big factor for myself is feeling comfortable. With Veronica, I immediately felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend using her and would definitely use her again. Thank you for treating me, you really are a fantastic therapist.

I had a sports massage with Vanessa, following completing the Great North Run. It was a thoroughly brilliant experience in every aspect - not only was the massage exactly what I needed, and individualised to my comfort and preferences, Vanessa also went a step further in providing me with further stretches and exercises, and advising me on injury prevention. I also very much enjoyed the conversation with Vanessa, who is clearly a very expert and well informed practitioner, and focused on providing excellent holistic care to her clients. Would 100% recommend!

It was my first experiece getting a deep tissue massage and I have already booked another session! Veronica was very attentive and reassuring throughout the session, adjusting the pressure to the level that was comfortable for me. I had a great time and look forward to my next visit.

I saw John at Adjust for a deep tissue massage and you can tell he really knows his stuff. The conversation was interesting and relaxing at the same time. My shoulder/arm feels much better now and he also gave me some supplementary exercises to try in order to maintain it feeling good. I will definitely be back when circumstances allow, worth every penny!

Had a great appointment with Vanessa who listened to the problems I was having and was amazed how much relief I felt after. The actual therapist deserves 5 stars but the building itself is where I took a point off as you have to wait outside til they come and get you for your appointment .. thankfully the weather was ok but wouldn't rebook due to this reason.

Booked into the Sharrow branch at short notice based on a recommendation. I saw Becca for a deep tissue massage due to intense pain in my neck area. She was amazing, she made me really relaxed and comfortable, identified the issue and worked on the problem areas.

I’ve never felt so relaxed and a huge tension has been released from my back and neck. I can’t wait for the next visit.

I had deep tissue massage with Becca- her touch was so light and just using one hand , and seems sometime fall a sleep . Room has no window , just a box and it won’t be good environment for workers . It was not masssge , sort of oil touching . Dissapontment and don’t know how this shop could get high repetation.
