I have had an excellent massage with Adriana. She has a gentle, calming aura which instantly helps you to relax, her voice is so soothing as well. She is professional and talented and knows exactly what she is doing, carrying out a thorough assessment before focusing her work on the areas which need more attention. I have enjoyed my session and would recommend it to others. I would also mention that she uses wax rather than oil, which I really appreciated because I usually feel like I’m ready to be fried in a pan after a massage, but not this time! Thanks Adriana for a lovely massage 🙂

It's been a very busy time with work. I am a yoga teacher, business owner and mother to a very energetic toddler ☺️. Adriana came highly recommended. This was a much needed massage and Adriana did not disappoint. I immediately felt cared for in her presence. I been having a few issues with my calves while running and after my first massage with Adriana which focused on my legs, she used trigger pointing technique to relieve my tight muscles. On my next 10k race I didn’t feel my calves tighten or any pain. She will focus on your specific area of concern. Adriana is amazing and more importantly a lovely person...high 5! 🙂

Adriana is a caring and compassionate massage therapist. She takes the time to really get to know how you are and what you would like from the treatment. I really appreciate the time she takes to do a movement assessment.

I have been to Adriana's Energy twice now, but definitely will come back for more. The first time I visited Adriana's clinic, she gave me a full body massage which was great and really relaxing. On our next session, she gave me a more targeted massage. I have been having aches and pains on my neck, shoulders, wrists and hands. She focused on these areas and did it with the right pressure. She took away my aches and left me feeling so relaxed. She also gave me some tips and exercises that could help me with my problem areas. The ambiance in her clinic is great and gave me a much needed quiet, peace and calm. Thank you Adriana for the amazing sessions.

Adriana is a warm, welcoming and professional therapist. She listened to my needs and responded with kindness, grace and incredible intuition. I went to see Adriana after l hurt my back.
She assessed my pain level and my movement abilities before the treatment.
Adriana has a calm and restful manner and throughout the massage she was careful to explain what she was about to do.
After the massage she gave me some gentle stretches to do to continue to help my back.
