I had a wonderful massage from Anita and left my new sunglasses there only discovering their loss when I was on the plane. I called the aerospa who had my glasses and posted them to me. Anita kept in contact with me and confirmed when they’d been posted along with the tracking info. She is not just a wonderful masseur but a lovely human being too. Terrible Gel Manicure at Gatwick airport and even WORSE customer service response!! I received the worst manicure ever at AeroSpa Gatwick, the woman struggled so much to remove my gel, I was literally in pain. She then did a terrible job of the polish, it was bumpy, thin and chipped literally within a day. This actually isn't the end of the world, we've all had a bad manicure, but when I reached out to their customers service with clear pictures of the sub par job Anna from the CS team acknowledged my claim, thanked me for helping them provide better training for their staff. When I followed up regarding my refund all of a sudden she flip flopped asking whether it was really a bad job or not and why I wanted a refund! She then continued to flat out ignore my emails after that. What a TERRIBLE way to treat your customers who have taken the time to give valuable feedback. I will continue to pursue this until I am given a refund.

I just had the most amazing back neck and shoulder massage with Binta while waiting for my flight. I had so much tension in these areas and was waiting for my 11 hour flight. Her pressure is amazing and firm, and her massage techniques relieved the muscle constriction. This will honestly make my flight much more enjoyable! I also had eyebrow threading to freshen my look. I enjoyed the aromatic oil she used for the massage and I purchased the mini one to take with me on the flight. Thank you Binta! X

Had a great 30 min deep tissue massage from JJ. I’ve always been put off the public chair massages but I quickly forgot I was in the middle of an airport. JJ got a big knot out of my shoulder that had been bugging me for weeks. Would recommend and will definitely have another when waiting for a flight.

Had a wonderful Indian head and back massage here with Anita. She was excellent and made me relax (I hate flying) and she dealt with a number of muscular aches and pains that have been building up over the last couple of months. Very worthwhile experience- treat yourself!
