I come to see Alex and Nicole for my laser hair removal and I absolutely love it. It is the best investment I have made for myself and my future. Both Alex and Nicole always make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was so scared initially to start treatments as it was the first time I’ve ever tried anything like that and they both have been so supportive and reassuring, talking me through the process and helping me with any questions I have.

Before I started laser hair removal I came to them for a wax and that was great too and following the great service I received I enquired about the laser hair removal and I’ve not looked back since.

Once I’m finished with that I am definitely booking myself for their facials!

I contacted Nicole at Aesthetics By AM in June 2022, when I first needed a Brazilian Waxing appointment. Prior to my initial appointment, and when looking for a suitable clinic, I saw that Aesthetics By AM had excellent reviews on TreatwelI and Google and so I decided to book in with them.
I was not disappointed. Having initially been really sceptical (and worried) about the wax, I was immediately put at ease by Nicole and was welcomed into a really beautiful environment, which was extremely clean and professional (which is always a good sign).
I felt really looked after before, during and after my treatment. So much so, that I have been back every 6-8 weeks ever since. Nicole is extremely talented at what she does, and I have been so pleased with the results each time.
Based on my experience with the waxing, I’m really keen to try other treatments on offer and would highly recommend Aesthetics By Am if you’re looking for a five star Skin & Laser Clinic in Oxfordshire.

Alex is really lovely and so is her room. Prices are very competitive. I had great results after session 1 on my bikini however after 5 sessions I realised I wasn't getting good enough results on the other areas with thinner hair. I don't think enough time and care is taken at the patch test to find the right setting for each area. Hair is thicker and darker in places and my skin is also darker than average everywhere but my bikini and armpits. I was travelling an hour each time so decided to go somewhere else.

Friendly and super professional! Started getting my waxes here when I moved to Oxford. I was really nervous about making the switch as I had been waxed by the same person since I was 16 but I'm so glad I came here! Pretty painless as far as waxing goes and their bedside manor is excellent! So many good things to say about these lovely ladies!!!
