Great service, even though it was exceptionally busy staff tried to accommodate everyone who walked through the door. Nail techs who did both my grandaughters and my nails were attentive and took pride in their work. 😊

Made an appointment for 10am, arrived and 9.55. When I turned up they were so busy, I asked if I was still going to be seen at my appointment time, at first I was just blanked, I had to ask another 3 times to then have the lady roll her eyes at me and be told no you will have to wait after the que, which was about 7 people. What is the point of making an appointment? Very rude staff and I ended up leaving and using another salon. Would definitely not recommend!

Used regularly, and the prices have changed drastically after my recent visit Very expensive. Charged nearly £50 for nails. Which are a very short in length.

I was not told a price upfront. I showed the man a picture and he never spoke after that.
He wasn’t sure what to charge he spoke to a lady as I was walking up to pay

Love love love this place. Always welcoming and always make my nails look lovely. Staff are amazing and friendly. After seeing some of the reviews I'm shocked the staff do not speak alot of English so non verbal treatment is a given and actually very peaceful and relaxing. The pregnant lady is wonderful and was heavily pregnant and also returned from maternity after 1 month so she was probably tired I would Imagine but kept the salon running so other customers could have their nails done. Haven't we all been tired and not maybe smiled the whole day. She suffered from a back ache and tiredness throughout her pregnancy but carried on regardless. Well done AJ nails you are awesome x

This place does not even deserve ONE star. Today my mum visited the salon to get her nails infilled. The short pregnant employee did her nails. She was so rude and so arrogant to my mum. Huffing and puffing, telling her to move her chair in abruptly, moaning when my mum told her what she wanted done. She was heavy handed and kept pulling my mums hands, and instead of asking her to put her hand in the dryer she abruptly kept tapping the dryer. My mum felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. CLEARLY this employee was not happy and had some sort of a problem today. My sister regularly visits this salon too and has said the same employee has been very rude to her on more than once occasion too. Is this the sort of service you wish to provide to your PAYING customers during a cost of living crisis? Oh and the best bit, she short changed my mum by £10. When my mum told her, she huffed and puffed, slammed the £10 on the desk and slammed the till shut. There was no I’m so sorry about that, no thank you for your custom, no have a good weekend, no see you soon. Just a moody eye roll to match her attitude. OUTRAGEOUS customer service. I will be going into this salon first thing tomorrow to report this employee. Needless to say, my mum won’t be coming back to this salon, and neither will my sister who has been a regular customer for months (hands and feet) plus a few of our friends have stopped going too. You need to address the attitude of this employee!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SALON, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went for a pedicure altho their prices are reasonable wasn't a hundred percent happy, i felt my treatment was rushed as he couldn't wait to go and eat his food. Will stick to my usual salon in future.
