I support a resident to have her nails done here. All the staff are so lovely and treat her very well. She always feels good when she leaves there and shows everyone her nail. Would recommend these lovely people to anyone.

The pride of Dorchester, Akemi Spa is a treat for the mind, body, and soul. Upon entering the spa I was immediately engulfed but the warm vibe. The owner Kelly has an infectious smile that says, “you’re in good hands.” The massages are more than enjoyable, they are a health necessity if rejuvenation, balance, and relaxation are your goals. I highly recommend a day of pampering and self care. Get a mani and pedi! Slump in and prance out, you won’t regret it! Prices are reasonable, service top notch, staff professional, and welcoming. Don’t go to Dorchester without visiting Akemi Spa.

Kelly & Hope recently did the makeup for my Wedding and we were all over the moon with the service we received!

I had a makeup trial before the Wedding which was really enjoyable and helped to give us an idea of what we wanted to do on the day.

Kelly & Hope were amazing on the day and made us all look incredible! We received so many compliments and they provided (as always) a professional and friendly service. It was lovely having them at the venue with us as we were getting ready and everyone’s makeup looked amazing all day long!

I cannot thank Akemi Spa enough for helping us ladies all look fab on my big day! Thank you!

When I was in the process of wedding planning, I knew immediately that I wanted Akemi Spa to do my make-up for my special day. Having visited Akemi Spa multiple times before for various services including manicures, pedicures, massages, lash lifts/tints, brow re-shaping etc, it was a no-brainer for me.

Kelly and Hope are the loveliest ladies you will meet and I can't thank Kelly enough for her patience and talent in doing mine and a couple of my bridesmaids' make-up on my wedding day. I really appreciate you travelling all the way to the wedding venue too! Thank you to both as well for our nails/lashes in preparation for the day too.

Akemi Spa is such a warm and welcoming salon and I can't recommend them enough.

Had a wonderful birthday treat and had Kelly the owner do an amazing pedicure on me. Came out no longer ashamed of my feet and wishing it was summer so I could show them off. Super friendly atmosphere. Will be back x
