Alastair create two fantastic menus for my husbands 60th birthday, the canapés and sharing boards were superb. The sladesdown duck and the Beef Wellington dishes were really tender and succulent, delicious.
All the produce was from local farms.
Arranging the menus with Alastair was easy and the menu was a combination of chefs suggestions and our favourites.
