Bruce and his amazing team cooked a feast at our wedding that will be raved about by us and our guests for many years to come. Bruce was on hand throughout the entire planning process, answering our questions, helping us create the perfect menu and catering to everyone's requirements. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the outdoor fire cooking was a real spectacle that added something extra special to the wedding day. Cannot recommend enough - thanks Bruce & team!

Where do we begin.. It’s a Tuesday in March 2024 and I’m stuck at Calais customs trying to while away the hours with a little wedding planning. I had been recommended Bruce and the team at Feast Alba by a couple of friends who raved about them, so I slipped into his dm’s and he gave me a call..

From that first conversation Bruce was amazing. The nicest, most down to earth person you’ll ever have the pleasure to meet. He made the whole process of planning the menu simple and straight forward, guiding us through what was possible.

Despite asking my wife if we could have all the major meat groups, we settled on whole British Lamb, spatchcock chicken and a tonne of sides. I had followed Bruce’s instagram for a while and was near eating my phone, but I mean it when I say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. And the leftovers we had in wraps the following day were somehow even better.

Their whole setup is such a visual spectacle, with the lamb, chicken and veg all cooking over open flame. It really made our wedding that much more special.

Whatever your event, the only regret you’ll have is if you don’t book them. (And having all the major meat groups).

Having arranged for Bruce to cook for some VIP guests, I can’t recommend Alba enough. Food, theatre, service were all great. Made a fantastic impression on our guests and we will be certainly looking for another opportunity to work together.

We had the pleasure of hiring Alba for my husband’s 35th birthday celebration at a stunning house in the Somerset countryside, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was truly outstanding.

On our first night, we were treated to a Mexican feast, and it was hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had – full of vibrant flavors and perfectly executed dishes. Saturday lunch was a beautifully prepared buffet, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients that everyone loved. To top it all off, our final evening was a more formal, seated dinner, and the level of sophistication and flavor in every course was simply exceptional.

The team at Alba was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. Thank you, Alba, for making this special occasion truly unforgettable!

Where do we start!

Everything was phenomenal. Both of us still on cloud 9 from our wedding day - something we’ll treasure for ever. Bruce & the gang provided the most magical food throughout the day and evening. Can’t stress the level of professionalism but also hospitality towards all our guests (dog inc.)

We wouldn’t change a thing, it was a perfect day. Thanks again for a wonderful experience Feast.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! I cannot recommend Bruce and the team more. Every single aspect of the food was thought about, the staff we utterly charming and the food was INSANELY DELICIOUS! It was my 40th Birthday and everyone was raving about how good the food was. The theatre of having someone cook right by your guests is fun and exciting and when it came to clearing up. You turned around and suddenly its all gone. No fuss, no noise. JUST THE BEST

Bruce did the catering at our wedding recently. He was super professional and easy to work with. Throughout he was supportive, and had lots of practical advice for how to make our day run smoothly. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and distinctive and seasonal and fun and reflective of our fondest food memories !! Our guests really enjoyed the variety of dishes and couldn’t get enough! We’ve gotten so many compliments about how it was not at all typical, boring wedding food. Can’t recommend Bruce enough.
