I have stayed here a few times now and it's always been a great experience. Room is always clean and warm, it has a super comfy bed, en suite shower, TV, hairdryer and coffee making essentials too. Nice quiet neighborhood, not far from a shop and Cambridge Science park is only 15min walk away. Definitely recommend!

Just had a stay for the weekend. Charlotte our Host was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and Comfortable , we had a great sleep. Loved the Power Shower. The Breakfast was perfect.
Great connections for The Town and Airport.
We would definitely stay here again.

I have just finished staying a week here and thought I would write a review. ||I stayed in room 4 a twin room with ensuite. ||The room was quite spacious, really clean and cosy, nice new carpet and clean bedding/towels. ||The shower was hot and fast every morning. My room was always cleaned when I returned from work. ||I'm currently consulting for a company on the science business park and the location of the guest house was perfect just a short 10minute walk every day. ||Breakfast every morning was served with a friendly smile, I'm vegetarian with a wheat intolerance and they catered well for me, having mushrooms beans on toast with fresh coffee to start the day. ||I will certainly be returning during the length of my contract.

Comfortable, great value for money. Easy recommendation.

Fantastic value for money.
Good WiFi, clean room and bathroom. Everything worked as expected. Breakfast good, with almost everything you may want.

-- Cons --
Very minor complaint, but I'd recommend they invest in a hanging shower basket so that you don't have to put your bottles on the floor.
Also, I would appreciate the option for some vegetarian sausages for the Full English.
Make sure to bring your own shower gel.

We booked 2 rooms here when we came to Cambridge to see Dara O'Brien at the corn exchange. Easy to find. Parking at the property, a real bonus in Cambridge. Only 8 minutes by car to central Cambridge.|Rooms spotlessly clean, hosts very accommodating, breakfast amazing value.|Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a twin room room here for one night. The room was very clean but a bit far from the city centre. However, is near to a bus stop that goes to the city centre.||The room had a fan, kettle and lots of towels.||Guests have to self check in. Charlotte, who I think is the owner sends a text and email message with a code to a box outside the building which gives access to keys.||The room was really good value for money. For dinner I ordered a take away to the guest house. The guest house does provide breakfast but we decided to eat out.|
