We have just returned from a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary. We had booked a classic double room and were surprised with an upgrade to an executive suite on arrival. ||The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with a seating area, super king bed and separate bathroom. The bed was firmer than we’re used to but still comfortable with the softest bed linen. There were some building works going on (which we were aware of before arrival) so there was some noise during the day next to our room but this didn’t not affect our stay. ||Continental breakfast was included as part of our booking with an option to upgrade to something from the menu for an additional £5pp. Toast, pastries, fresh fruits, meats, cheese, cereals, etc - plenty of choice for everyone and well stocked. Breakfast upgrades included a Full English and Eggs Benedict - husband had the Eggs Benedict this morning and said it was delicious. ||Limited menu for evening meals in The View restaurant but we both enjoyed what we had. Husband was disappointed that they had run out of steak on our second night but thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips instead. Service was impeccable, waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you. Food was beautifully cooked without having to wait too long.||We used the spa facilities which were very clean and well presented but felt that they were missing a little something. It’s hard to describe what’s missing but it just needs a little something extra to give it that spa experience without paying extra for treatments.||Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return once all the building works have been completed.||Reasons for 4 star rating - |- making sure there is enough food to meet orders.|- slightly more variety in the menu.|- additional facilities within the spa.

Had a nice stay here, recommend it. Nice rooms nice food nice staff. The swimming pool area was nice as well. The only thing is if you're up and out by 6 am in the mornings you will miss breakfast. But overall happy customer .

The Spa is amazing very clean and relaxing. All staff very professional and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and a good size. Hot tub outside although it did take us a minute to see where to turn it on. As for the treatment this facial was amazing never had one like it bofore. My therapist was understanding as I have a bad neck and she worked a miracle. Afternoon tea had a great selection., I would highly recommend this spa.

Amazing, attentive, helpful, welcoming, attention to detail, friendly, accommodating are just a very few words to describe the wonderful staff at this hotel. Words really aren't enough to describe their thoughtfulness and desire to make your stay the best ever. The hotel itself is well planned, clean, organised, with a relaxed atmosphere and in a beautiful setting. |This is the 6th year we have stayed at All Saints. We make a 'female family' trip for a couple of nights every year. Three Mums with their adult daughters enjoying the wonderful treatments in the spa and the other facilities that the hotel has to offer. It's a very special time for us (as we all lead busy lives) and this is the one time in the year we actually all get together.|Everyone at the hotel is so much a part of making this special family time so memorable and so enjoyable. We really can't recommend them all highly enough.|The spa offer a lovely range of treatments and the staff go above and beyond to ensure that they make your experience very special. I wish I lived closer and could pop in for treatments more regularly.|The food in both The View and The Lodge is freshly prepared, beautifully presented, with attention to detail. Our party has several special dietary requirements which are met with no fuss and show a detailed understanding of allergies and intolerances. The bar and waiting staff are attentive, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.|Every year we see changes and developments to the hotel and we have been delighted to see this venue develop and grow.|I personally can't wait to get back for another stay.

We had our wedding at All Saints Hotel and it was just perfect. The staff were amazing and hotel beautiful. Everything possible was done to make our day special. The hotel staff went above and beyond. Our guests loved it to. Spa was great, food brilliant, rooms clean and welcoming. 10/10!!!

My wedding 14/10/23 was the most beautiful and amazing day. Everyone made it easy and seamless. The care Melissa took over every detail to ensure me and my husband were happy from the first meeting until after our wedding day. The venue is beautiful the staff were perfect. Wish we could do it all again.

Simply LOVE this place.|Our 6th annual family spa break and it gets better and better each year!|The staff are amazing. They just can’t do enough to help you enjoy your stay.|Lovely rooms with super comfortable beds. First time staying in the new suites, wasn’t sure about the sofa beds, but we all slept really well.|Plenty of delicious food choices, catering very well for intolerances and allergies.|Breakfast choices are fantastic. Great cooked breakfast with locally sourced produce.|Great spa treatments. Fabulous therapists.|Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. |Yes, we’ve already booked for year 7!

We had our wedding last weekend at All Saints Hotel and it was perfect. From the night before staying with my bridesmaids, to the morning of the wedding right through to the end, everything was simply perfect. Cannot thank Melissa, Maddy and the rest of the team enough. It’s a gorgeous venue and made even more gorgeous with their hard work. The day was effortless for us thanks to them working so hard in the background, we’re so grateful. All the staff are lovely and made our day wonderful. Would highly recommend holding any event here, and we will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversaries! Thank you!! X
