Warning!!!!: Never ever book this hotel. This was the most disastrous experience imaginable. Super disgusting and felt very uncomfortable. The service was beyond terrible, and the staff were not just rude but outright deceitful. They misled us and effectively stole money through shady practices. The rooms were filthy, reeking of a terrible stench, and the entire place was unsanitary and neglected. It’s hard to believe a place like this is even in operation. If you care about your well-being and money, steer clear. This place is a nightmare, and no one should have to endure it. They're huge scammers.

Clearly these aren't intended to be a luxury accomodation. So I'm a little surprised by the extreme nature of reviews. Our family of 5 stayed here, we got here about 1 am due to a delayed flight. Front desk guy was friendly. Hotel is not updated, nor pristine by any stretch of the imagination. Carpets look like they've probably not been cleaned in a while...but that's okay. It was cheap and hit my expectations. The beds were surprisingly comfortable though my wife didn't care for the fairly firm pillows.(I liked them just fine). Overall, I rated it a 3, because while it's not exceptional, it's not bad either. Would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a "beautiful" place, or feel like you need to be treated like royalty, perhaps it's not for you. But if you just need a good price for a decent night's rest, this place works just fine. My 3 star simply means as expected, not better, not worse. We took an Uber from the airport, but may try the buses back.

Wonderful place to stay, service was amazing and the manager was very nice and very hospitable. This place very convenient as it was open even during the late hours

I wasn't expecting 5* but this was far more basic than the photos led me to believe. It was clean at eye level but high and low dusting hasnt been done for a longtime. |The bed was comfortable but very squeeky with the cheap metal frame when I moved around on. |I'm concerned about the cheap plug in multiplugs as these are known to be dangerous. The parquet floor has buckled after an obvious leak and the bathroom sink is so small you cant fill anything up from it. The kettle and carafe were full but I had no idea how fresh the water was. |It was very noisy with people coming and going at 4am and then house keeping hoovering the room above me at 7.15am on a Sunday... .... and then to top it off there was no hot water!!! I found someone who said he'd speak to the housekeeper and get him to turn the hot water on. Why was it not on already? |Also dont use EVO taxi they lie about where your taxibis then say you booked a later time.

Got booked here by my company's rebel agency due to a late night flight cancellation out of Gatwick. Once I arrive, I find a surreal situation - a group of around 15-20 people in the entrance stairwell with looks of despair in their eyes. They had been on a Wizzair flight which was also cancelled and the airline put them there.
However, what they told all of us is that they had no more rooms left. With my travel agency on the phone, they assured me that the booking for the room was confirmed and that it was even paid for! The travel agent tried to get in touch with them but it was impossible.
The staff were laughing and being very disrespectful (while everyone was tired and just wanted to eat) and not willing even to offer a document stating this so that we could go somewhere else. Only after insisting so much did they give this
But before providing this, they tried to trick a few people by saying that they should give their bank account information and personal details and they will be refunded the money. Massive scam alert!
And if that wasn't enough, the place did not look higenic at all.

It is clear that this place purely does this: overbook the place with late night flight cancellations and make extra money with the airlines who pay them anyways.

Wanted to sleep there because a flight was canceled. Only because it was the cheapest place in Gatwick. Called to ask if a late check in was still possible. I was about to book it when the man on the phone suddenly told me that he wanted 80 pounds instead of 50 as on the booking website. I politely denied this and said that I would book through Booking. Then the unfriendly receptionist hung up without a bye. 2 minutes later the price on Booking was raised to 80. Really ridiculous. I then preferred to book another hotel for 80 pounds! Really earned the 1 star review congratulations!

Refuse to give refunds even with one months notice. Flights get changed whether we like it or not so sometimes needing to stay somewhere the night before changes too. You need to have a refund and cancellation policy. Don't book here unless you are 100% certain
