We so enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location …just a few minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to downtown Swanage. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sensational! We had delicious coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, baked beans, hash browns, fresh fruit, toast, cereals and croissants. We had a hot pot in the room to make tea and coffee and packages of cookies. They also had a small fridge with water and pop for 1 pound in the lobby area. The owners were very nice and thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying here!

The booking process was very easy, I emailed in advance to request an early check in and this was very kindly accommodated. On arrival Martin was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to easily adapt my breakfast to my dietary requirements.
The location is great, literally minutes away from the seafront and town.

Absolutely perfect, met our needs, room,amenities, owners all very nice,better 3/4s an I stayed 10 years ago, stayed again weekend just gone,lovely to see its just as perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. Wedding at Studland nearby. Rooms spotless. Beds comfy. Breakfasts superb. Choose what you want from the menu the day before on a booking form. Martin a great host. On site parking really useful. 5 mins walk in to town. Great value for money. Booked direct rather than through Booking.com etc.||We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Martin for a great 3 days.

I booked a last minute stay on the Saturday before Mothers Day for 1 night. Martin was very welcoming and a great host. I had the twin room which was great for me. A welcome addition was the fridge in the room which was great as it was a lovely day! I found it very clean and comfortable and also very quiet and only a short stroll to the town. Parking also great round the back. Breakfast lovely too. I would definitely return.

A very well run and comfortable establishment. Proprietor Martin offered a friendly welcome. Room and facilities are finished and maintained to a high standard. Every aspect of the premises showed carefull attention to detail, during our stay an external wall was being rebuilt and new sign being fitted. The beds and bedding are high quality and very comfortable. Locked bicycle storage is available. Location is excellent for easy access to Swanage. ||Thanks to Martin and the team for a lovely stay. ||Highly recommended.||Swanage and surrounding area is absolutely delightful.

This is a great place to stay in Swanage the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is amazing we always chose the Amberlea when visiting Swanage
