Stayed here overnight whilst on training for work at Woodland Waters. Greeting from host was lovely and welcoming. Room was beautiful, tidy and we'll equipped with tea and coffee making facilities (including dairy free milk and a miniature bottle of wine too). Could not have asked for more. Slept wonderfully and perfect for what we needed. We had the twin room which was a lovely size, bathroom was massive and the visual brick work was an added bonus to the room. Breakfast was everything anyone could ask for and delivered at the time requested due to our course starting early. Nothing was too much to ask, even though Vicki (the owner) was flying out on holiday the day we checked out. The whole place was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. For £50 a night with breakfast, I really don't think anyone can complain and in my honest opinion I think she is hugely under charging for what you get - but I have to say it's a nice change to being over charged!! Will definitely be returning with the husband when in need of a night away!

We stayed at this bed and breakfast while visiting family. Vicki is very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, bathroom was lovely. The special little details made the stay like being home from home. Breakfast was lovely, good choice of fruit and cereal. Would definitely go back again.

Short stay at The Ancaster B&B on business met by Vicki the owner with warm welcome. Not very often or at all I would give 5 but I could not find any reason not to. My room was well presented and clean room, very surprised to see a small complimentary bottle of wine (nice touch). Bathroom clean , with a decent shower.|The full English breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Ancaster is a small village about 5 or 6 miles from Grantham and Sleaford, ideally situated for exploring Lincolnshire and surrounding area. |A lovely little bolt hole, in an all to ever decreasing B&Bs of Britain. Can highly recommend a stay at the Ancaster B&B|

We enjoyed a 2 night stay while visiting family at nearby RAF Cranwell. Made very welcome by Vicki, nothing was too much trouble, bedrooms are spacious and extremely clean. Excellent full English breakfast, I wouldn’t hesitate to return, great value for money.

Stayed for two nights, attending a wedding at a nearby venue.||||Vicky is a fantastic host and makes sure everything is perfect. We had such a comfortable stay, we really didn't want to leave. This is a lovely quaint building in a pretty village.||||Great breakfast with plenty of choice for everyone.

Lovely welcome, a comfortable and very clean room, spacious bathroom with bath with shower option over the bath. Beds very comfortable. With tea and coffee tray with biscuits, and a small bottle of wine and chocolates, at an unbelievable price for a excellent quality breakfast. Lovely stay thank you so much.

Only had the benefit of this lovely b&b for an overnight stay as we were attending a wedding nearby. Brilliant little B+B, Vicki is very courteous and friendly. Extremely comfortable and well refreshed after a long journey, exactly what I needed. |Right in the heart of Ancaster, it’s easy to find and was only a couple of minutes drive up to the paintball field, completely ideal for myself.
