Had a manicure and pedicure. I have not been here for few years and I have to say Anu made the experience 100 times better than I ever had here. She took great care of me and has been really gentle with cuticle cuttings. I choose a colour and change my mind after it was applied on one finger and she didn’t mind replacing it. Great customer care, service and interpersonal skills. I hope she gets a well deserved pay raise and definitely will be back in a couple of months (particularly for Anu).

Excellent service and really happy with my nails and wax. Special thanks to Harpreet for making me feel so comfortable and going above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend!

Do not go to this beauty salon! First, I was asked for my ID just to have my nails painted, which is an odd request, but I complied. Then, during my manicure, the technician filed a hole in my nail, which was painful. I was later told that because of the hole, I could no longer get the acrylic nails I wanted. To make matters worse, when the technician explained the issue to her coworker, the coworker made an incredibly rude and condescending comment without even looking at me, saying, "Where is her mum?" implying I couldn’t express my opinion without my mother’s approval. I am an adult, not underage, and that remark was completely inappropriate.

On top of all that, I was charged £10 to remove my gel nails—something I did not request. When I went to leave, I took a photo of the salon’s name to remember the company and the poor experience. The same rude coworker insisted I go back inside and delete the photo, and then pressured me into signing a document stating I wouldn’t post any negative reviews online. Despite my clear refusal, I was forced to sign it.

This is unacceptable behavior. If this review is taken down, I’m prepared to take further action and contact the mall directly to explain what happened. Overall, this salon is unprofessional and tacky—do not go there!

The staff was welcoming, and the salon had such a relaxing vibe.

Had a lovely experience today when I went for a manicure and pedicure. I am heavily pregnant so really wanted a bit of a pamper and the ladies were lovely, especially Krinal. Very friendly and professional service. Will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.
