We have this Company in our canteen at work.... Food is expensive and terrible quality. I said to the Chef those chips look horrible, I tried one off the plate and said, that's terrible you try one and she said, No she already knows they are bad.

This company took it over at co-op Wellingborough DC recently and the food is disgusting now. Poor menu options. Pepperoni quiche is frozen. Asked to warm it but ended in the bin anyway after half a bite. Watery, tasteless, half a size of a quiche. Doesn't worth a penny. Food was quite good before and it's all ruined by angel hill (so called) food.

Was a bit rushed around today before breakfast and needed to complete the fire alarm test.
On arriving to the canteen, I found some beef slices (provided by ocado) I asked if I could have 2 slices of bread...

No, breakfast is finished we are busy. 😆
I arrive a couple of mins late and ask for 2 slices of bread... late because I completed the fire alarm test that will benefit the kitchen staff in an emergency.

Horrible company policies and usually bad food.

Had an onsite meeting and the deli counter food was amazing! Spoilt for choice and decent portion sizes. Super friendly chefs too.

The canteen in Tesco warehouse is horrible, old meat filled with spices so we can't taste it. Only spicy food, they charge you 4p for a fork which they need to provide for free so we won't eat like animals. Put numerous complaints, nobody did nothing. Avoid as much as you can

Worst food and worst staff!
A catering manager who is Simpson (attached to Hatfield) rudely talked to me when I was at the restaurant at Ocado Luton site. The reason was I was in a call.
I complained it to this company contact number and now almost 4 months, no response. This is all over every Ocado sites, these catering workers don’t know a bit of customer service.
Worst staff canteen I have ever seen. Other than that incident, I have seen a lot of lower level service quality all over Ocado Luton site canteen.
