Been a customer of Angela’s for more than 20 years. I recently experienced her new Hydra Dew Pure facial. I’m not really good at looking after my skin. My face is absolutely glowing and hydrated. The LED section is unusual and pleasing and the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. Angela is always looking for new ways to improve and because of this I always feel the girls are continually improving. The previous week I had a super relaxing full massage which was really needed as I have trouble with my neck and shoulders. The lovely girls always go above and beyond to make your experience perfect.

Angela Kay’s is an excellent salon. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, as well as being highly professional, from the moment you walk through the door until you leave.
There are a large range of treatments on offer and today I had a lash lift by Rachel. It was such a lovely experience, it’s not very often you get a chance to totally relax with your eyes closed in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The results are amazing and I would highly recommend this treatment and Angela Kay’s salon to anybody.

Rachel does my nails, she’s always amazing and fits me in at times that are convenient for me.

I’ve also attended for spray tans and they have always been spot on.

Had my eyebrows touched up with microblading, been having them done for years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Angela uses a very good cream anaesthetic which works, I don't feel a thing. Angela is very professional and takes the time to get it right. She is one of the nicest people you could meet and explains everything to you. She does other procedures as well.

Very good professional salon. Friendly staff, a great experience whichever treatment you have. Just had my gel nails done with Rachel. Previously had a facial, eyelashes tinted and eyebrow tattoo. Very pleased with everything.

Absolutely disgraceful!!

I got my lashes done from another salon and this salon agreed to do my infills but whilst doing my infills the lash technician said she has less time and had another client is waiting. That’s not my problem as I paid to get infills done. I felt rushed even though I was told by the receptionist that she won’t book anyone after me so I get enough time.

My infills made both eyes look unequal and were full of gaps as you can see from the pictures I took on the same day as getting them Infilled. I rung the next day and spoke to the lash technician to say I’m not happy with the lashes and they need filling in more, she said she’s busy with other clients and they may be able to offer me a full new set of lashes for the price of infills, basically half price.

However the manager rung me back the same day and said they don’t have time and in a few weeks I can have a new set which I’ll have to pay full price for and I’ll have to pay to get them removed aswell! How shocking!!

I said all I want it for them to be filled in abit more. The end conclusion was the manager said we don’t have time. She said ‘we will agree to disagree so we won’t be touching your lashes again’
