Anna will talk through the process of the session prior to commencing treatment.
To have massage first followed by reiki is simply mind blowing....
To feel relaxed, stress free from life's pressures and worries. To have selected Anna as my first time experience with massage and reiki was the best choice.....

I have visited Anna twice now and she has the most bubbly positive and friendly demeanor, but above all her knowledge and dedication to her proffession is simple amazing.

I've had 2 different style of treatments with her now, as she offers an array of services and I always wanted to try an "hot stone" massage.

This type of massage is on another level, and NO it doesn't burn your skin off as I first thought, lol. But it penatrates deeper into the muscle, and is super relaxing.

On the intial visit, she goes through all your concerns and slight medical history and any medications your on, and can offer a treatment plan based on your current needs, or just have a relaxing massage of your choice.

Offered in an home style setting to make you even feel more comfortable, but still get the relaxing atmosphere and the professionalism you would expect from any commercial spa premises.

More importantly, and I have visited numerous different massage services on a regular basis, but Anna is the only one that I know of that does a follow up message with you to see how your are and feeeling!

And that's why I strongly recommend and endorse Anna if your in need of a professional massage service. 👍😊

I booked in with Anna for a lymphatic drainage massage. Anna was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. The massage was very relaxing and the results were brilliant. I noticed almost immediately that both my ankles and wrists were considerably slimmer and I felt completely rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Anna for all her holistic therapies.

I went to see Anna after I was experiencing tightness and stiffness. I had a lymphatic massage which was absolutely wonderful. I've never had a massage before so was not sure what to expect. Anna was very polite caring professional & very welcoming. She explained everything she was going to do answered all my query. Nothing was to much trouble. I left Anna feeling so much better. I was standing straighter, my back was not as stiff or tight. She really does know her stuff!.. very experienced, and knowledgeable. I went for a back and neck massage with reiki and can honestly say I felt wonderful afterwards. My aches were reduced by 30% and I could finally wake up in the morning properly for work a lot more efficiently.

The reiki was a first for me and I'm not sure how to describe how I felt other than 'cleansed' afterwards and a little more able to show myself self-love afterwards. As a therapist, you can imagine this is very valued.

Never overlook the chance to care for yourself, 'cause Anna most definitely provides a comfortable and professional environment. She checked in with me for the entire session and couldn't have felt more at ease. I've seen a lot of massage therapists in my time and would definitely say this one made me feel the most comfortable.

I have Achilies Tendinitis. I have physio every fortnight. I have exercises and have a massage routine to do from Nuffield Hospital. I've struggled to do the massage anywhere near as well as the Physio does it, so looked for someone to help me. I found Anna online, read the reviews and while quite nervous I decided to contact Anna. I was very sceptical as I have always thought it's just a waste of time. How wrong I was. Anna put me at ease straight away, was exceptionally professional and clearly knows what she is doing. Today, (the day after a treatment from Anna), I had an ultrasound and was told the blood is flowing much better around the tendon and I feel so much better as a result. I've been doing the exercises and having a bash at the massaging for a month now and while I can put more weight through the tendon thanks to the exercises, the blood flow and massage part has always lagged far behind, until going to Anna. From someone who thought massage was a waste of time, Anna has turned that around in just one treatment. Highly professional, very friendly and easy to talk to and absolutely knows what she is doing. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anna to anyone. For me, it was 💯 % worth the time and money. I have booked again with Anna. All I can add is I'm so very grateful for what she's done for me. Thank you Anna so very much.

I have known the lovely Anna for a few years now, and have never been disappointed with her treatments she provides. I usually go for the Reflexology, and always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my treament. Anna is always friendly, super accomodating, and takes pride in what she does in a professional manner. I have just been for a treatment this weekend gone, and i can honestly say it was exactly what the doctor ordered, and i am left re-charged and feeling great physically, and mentally.
