Just got back from a weekend break in Great Yarmouth and would highly recommend staying here. Great location 10mins walk from Britannia Pier, free parking on road outside, rooms are really spacious. We had room 4 family room, sea view and plenty of room for us four ( 2 adults, 2 toddlers). What sets this place apart from the rest is Margaret. She is lovely, accommodating, friendly and attentive.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my daughter and granddaughter. We were in the family room which was lovely. Spacious room with sea view. It was very clean and has tea and coffee making facilities with a mini fridge. Bottled water was provided, together with a small welcome gift. Margaret came to say hello on our arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. Ideally located for the beach, park and main town.

I recently stayed at Annabelle Rooms in Great Yarmouth and had a lovely time. Margaret was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit on the small side, which might be something to consider for those who prefer more space.

We (2 adults and 2 children aged 9 & 12) stayed in the family room, with the interconnecting bedrooms and it was fantastic. Large fridge, refreshments replenished each morning, comfy beds and sea view to enjoy. Quiet location with easy walk to the seafront. We absolutely loved it here and would stay again without hesitation. Margaret was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thankyou Annabelle Rooms for a brilliant stay!

We all had a lovely break. Greeted and welcomed immediately by Margaret. Boys felt at ease straight away and was a nice touch to know our names before arrival to greet us individually, a nice personal touch particularly for our sons. Swapped our room without asking to best suit our family which was great and very kind. Fantastic room with all we could need and throughout our stay we felt welcomed. We look forward to staying again. Thank you 😊

Stayed here at the end of June. Extremely clean and the rooms are a great size with lovely decor. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Margaret is an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for more! Great location, it is about a 15 minute walk to the main pier but wasn’t a problem and it really is worth it for staying in such nice accommodation. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Margaret 🙂

Just back from a great weekend staying at Annabelle Rooms. A real gem, we had a gorgeous sea view room which was immaculate, lovely decor. Huge super king size bed too! Margaret is the perfect host and will help with anything you may need. Great location too in the quieter part of the seafront. 100% recommended, you won't be disappointed

Wonderful experience, The host Margaret was the most pleasant and charming lady and made my stay so enjoyable, being helpful whilst respectful of my privacy. The beautiful Edwardian building has been immaculately kept and really stands out in the area. My room was fabulous, a great size and really well equipped. Superb value for money and I’ll definitely return. Annabelle Rooms are no more than a 10 minute walk from all of Great Yarmouths major attractions.
