I had an amazing dining experience at Annapurna in Kirkcaldy! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The food? Simply outstanding. First vist to Annapurna and it was better than i expected. Food was lovely meat in the curry was well cooked very soft and a big portion of rice. Friendly staff and the inside of the restaurant looked good too. Reasonable prices for what you get. It was quite busy a good sign of a really good indian restaurant. I will definitely be back soon would highly recommend Annapurna to everyone.

A non conspicuous restaurant at the end of Kirkcaldy High Street. The food however was superb. One of the best cooked curries anywhere. Would definitely go back. It was also relatively cheap compared to other Asian restaurants.

Delicious food for good price, I think. I didn't have to wait long for my order. I could tell the food was prepared by experienced cook. It was as spicy as I like it. Was neither too hot nor cold. Looks good as well. They keep the place clean, which is extremely important to me for any restaurant. I wish all places were as tidy as this one. Very friendly atmosphere and decor details in gurkha's theme, like some himalayas mountain pics on the walls.

Had a delicious early Saturday meal with Mrs g here. Food is still wonderful and service so warm and friendly.

Popped in here for a business lunch and had a very tasty two courses washed down with a pint of cobra. Food was amazingly tasty. Yes a curry but a curry which was full of different tastes with every different mouthful. The peshwana coconut bread is something to die for. The service was smart, polite and on time but don't expect any conversation with the staff unless you are a frequent visitor.

Takeaway.
Ordered, food arrived 1 and 3/4 hours later, after being told 50mins - 1 hour!
Understandably, the food was not very hot, but hey, we have a microwave.
Food distinctly average but the nan breads were absolutely atrocious, texture of a chewy rubber welly springs to mind.
Can safely say this is the last time we will order anything from this restaurant again, and this after giving them another chance due to long wait time on another occasion.
Overpriced and overrated!
