Lovely, cosy, warm, well decorated en suite room. Stayed with my son after a visit to the NEC. Arrived late in the day. Easy walk from Berkswell station. Warm welcome from Andy, very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities. Super full English breakfast. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my friends for one night, really lovely accommodation, absolutely spot less throughout. The hosts were very hospitable, friendly and helpful, and served a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent bed and breakfast with very friendly and helpful owner. Set in a great location. Room was very clean and comfortable with no facilities lacking. Excellent breakfast served with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. A lovely place that we shall definitely use again.

We haven't checked out yet, but feel the need to rate 5 stars already. This amazing, family run b&b is an absolute hidden gem. The rooms are stunning, spotless and comfortable. We have an ensuite, king bed, free wifi, a wardrobe and television with plenty of channels. We are staying due to a wedding, but I came back early while my partner enjoyed the rest of the evening. I was feeling under the weather (not covid related!) And the very kind Lady who owns the property with her husband offered paracetamol, found me a fan and both her and her husband are happy, friendly hosts!||I can't get over the honesty bar, there's a beautiful kitchen where i look forward to breakfast tmo due to reading other reviews i think it will be lovely! Anyway, the honesty bar in their beautifully decorated and kitted out kitchen/dining room, is kitted out with plenty of drinks and snacks, and you just leave the money for what you have taken.||We had no cash on us, and the owners were more than happy to allow me to continue using the kitchen, and to settle with my card tmo. I will definitely be coming back here just for a quiet escape! Never stayed anywhere with such personal touches, and not one bad review. Very glad we chose to stay here! Thank you for having us!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation very clean. Beds are really comfortable and rooms are beautiful. Andy and Dawn are a lovely couple and Andy was nice enough to drive us back to where we left our car the night before in the morning. Highly recommended staying here great value for money

What a hidden gem!

Great hosts! Rooms were prepared and ready when we arrived. Each room comes with a double bed, it’s own wardrobe and en suite. Each guest gets a key to their room and the master for the main door so you can access the cottage at any time without disturbing the hosts.

So reasonably priced, especially considering breakfast is included! And this includes a hot full English breakfast. We were in shock, considering we were under the impression that all we’d get would be cereal. Amazing!

What a lovely homely place to stay. Dawn and Andy were so accommodating. We arrived late but were welcomed well in to an immaculate modern room. The snug area is lovely and the dining room was a welcome haven of snacks and even wine if you need it! Breakfast was perfectly cooked and We went off to the NEC with a packed lunch made by Andy! We will definitely be staying here again absolutely excellent value for money. Thank you guys

HS2 work is all around with many roads closed. Annora House overlooks a neighbourhood roundabout (which may help you find it). Once there, Dawn and Andy are perfect hosts. My room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable too. Breakfast was freshly cooked. This is going to be the place that I stay at now whenever I'm in the area.
