Small room but with everything you need. Nice shower, comfortable bed, full size fridge, microwave, kettle, iron & ironing board etc. Theres also a good size shared kitchen if friends or family are staying with you in the other rooms. Not the best area, but not the worst either. Well placed for motorway and main routes into Walsall, Wolverhampton etc. Shops, chippy, and decent pub close by too. Great value for money.

Has everything that I would need, fridge, microwave, utensils, iron and clean bathroom. Felt like a stay at a friends house rather than a hotel, I slept really well, mattress was really good, clean sheets. Room was tastefully decorated and again felt very homely. Bathroom had lots of quality towels which were neatly presented, I love that attention to detail. Shower gel had a nice refreshing smell. There was a fully kitted out kitchen available to do some cooking if needed. I would definitely book again without any hesitation.

Surprised by the negative reviews. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There IS parking on the drive and we didn't hear anyone else. Good access for surrounding areas. There was some teen motorbikes tearing around on our first night. Clearly that's an issue for the local police abs Council. We stayed for 3 nights. The service was great - little extras we asked for. Jay quick on the phone. All in all very impressed

The positives - It was a small room but nicely decorated. Very clean thanks to Diane.
The negatives - I found the room to be extremely cold. The bathroom was freezing. I was so uncomfortable because of that.
The main downside to the room is the walls are very thin. We could hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!!The other people staying there had no regard for others. Doors slamming and loud talking especially at night. Could be a nice place if they sort the heating out and sort the noise out.

Room stank of damp. Ceiling light had exposed wires. Marks on ceiling and wall. It’s a semi detached house situated in a less than desirable area. On road parking thus had to park down the road in front of someone else’s house. Very steep stairs therefore difficult to take luggage up there. Did not feel comfortable at all therefore only stayed long enough to book a room elsewhere and left. They took £50 deposit the day after my booking which was clearly unnecessary given I was there half an hour and just sat on the edge of the bed. No refund as yet. Messaged the manager to say I was unhappy with the quality of the accommodation and had no response. Raised a complaint with Booking.com, they have had no response from the outlet. Mis advertised and clearly taking money when they shouldn’t after the fact. Avoid.

My husband is from the Willenhall area and we stayed when visiting friends - mother-in-law sadly passed in 2020 so no family to stay with. A studio for the price advertised was a no brainer. Ideally placed for where we needed to be in the evening, excellent communication from the management pre-arrival and very secure. Off road parking for a couple of vehicles. ||Studio had everything that we needed and more than expected. Very clean. The only thing that marked it down, and this is just my personal preference, is that the bed in the studio was up against the window and the end was against the wall which meant husband had to climb over me to get in and out. Did not want to leave the next day I felt so comfortable. We will be looking at availability again when next visiting and I would even feel safe enough staying on my own when in the area for a night out with the girls.

This was the only place we could find to stay during coronavirus lockdown in order to attend a funeral.||My partner, from the area was dubious about location but we needn’t have worried. ||It is in the middle of a residential council estate and really you wouldn’t know it was there. ||When we arrived we used a number that was text to us to use on a keypad on the door in order to enter the property & another number to get into our room. (number 2).||The room was very clean & very small. ||Double bed, kitchenette, with fridge microwave, kettle, sink. Also a small wardrobe & and desk. If you put your overnight bag on the floor there really was very little floor space remaining. ||The bathroom was again small but was very clean. ||The bed was comfortable, nice crisp linen. Nice pillows, there was tea and coffee, a hairdryer, hangers, small shampoo & shower gel, nice fresh towels.||We had off street parking too.||My only criticism is that there was a big communal kitchen, the idea being you could cook yourself a meal if you wanted. We bought a couple of steaks but when we came to cook them there was no frying pan that would work on the induction hob & the grill was tired and old and I refused to cook on it, it looked grim. ||I feel that the communal kitchen was a bit of a waste of time, with the rooms having enough in them to get by, the space would have been better used making the studio rooms bigger.||I did message our contact for the booking about the kitchen issue and he replied promptly saying he would ensure there was something to cook on the next day and the grill would be cleaned.. we came back to find the cleaner there doing our room. When she left we looked in the kitchen and the frying pans were all the same and wouldn’t work on a convection hob and the grill pan was still the same. Besides it didn’t help with our cooking as was too late and we were leaving! Nice of him to try though.||The walls in the apartment were thin and we could hear others talking and moving around.||Would I stay here again, yes. It was £40 a night.||Would I choose to stay here again when the holiday inn is open again No.
