Hotel Review:

My experience at the hotel was excellent! Everything was great, and the staff stood out for their kindness and attentiveness. A special thanks to Linda, who was extremely helpful and always ready to assist.

The cleanliness and organization of the room were impeccable, with the housekeeping team doing an outstanding job. The room was quiet, and both the shower and bed were very comfortable, ensuring great nights of rest.

The hotel’s central location is practical and convenient. Although some might find the area a bit unsafe, I didn’t experience any issues, even at night.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel as my teen daughter and her friend were attending a gig at the O2 Institute. The hotel was perfectly located, a 9 minute walk from New Street Station and a 4 minute walk to the O2 Institute. Also perfectly located for The Bullring.
The room was perfectly clean with plenty of extra quilts and pillows in the cupboard for the sofa bed.
Linda on reception was absolutely amazing.
Will definitely be back if we need to stay in Birmingham again.

Me and my friend had a lovely stay for a concert we were attending, this meant we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry around but they were more than happy to place our bags in a secure luggage room before and after we checked in and out! The location is not even 5 minutes away from the venue we attended and another 5 minutes the other way from a lovely shopping centre. There is also a bus station a few minutes away! We weren't short on options by any means. The hotel room was very clean and had every necessity you could imagine! An ironing board, a microwave, completely equipped kitchen and even a dishwasher! All in all, it was a lovely experience and will definitely be looking for reasons to stay at this hotel again haha!

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I use Accor a lot and they are generally good but this was exceptional. Got a room upgrade and staff on front desk could not have been more helpful. Room itself was spotless and really well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

All the staff were so welcoming, gave me recommendations of places to eat.
I was there for 5 days so seen a few different staff , each were exceptional.
The rooms were clean and had everything you could possibly need. There is even a small gym in the building you can use for free. It’s just behind The Bullring SC so really central and lots of places to eat close by.
Definitely would stay again.

Had a great stay, location is ideal to city centre and the staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion would be to do a more thorough mop on room flooring as I noticed a bit of dust, otherwise our superior apartment was very neat and tidy and nicely structured in a modern and practical way. Would book with them again!

We were so well looked after by the amazing staff here, Linda at the front desk and the lovely lady at breakfast (Lorraine?) The apartment had a kitchenette which meant we could make our own dinner and our included buffet breakfast was great. ||Hotel is in a really convenient spot, we dropped a rental car close by and walked easily with our bags to the hotel, then in the morning with the help of Linda we quickly found the express train to the airport from nearby New St station.||Highly recommend this hotel and commend their staff on excellent customer service.

The location was in a prime spot. Next to all the main shopping and Christmas market areas. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The kitchenette was well equipped for self-catering if required. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Although no parking on site, they have a deal with the nearby car park for £5 for 24 hours. The car park was safe and secure, and it was located a few minutes away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. It's definitely a consideration for future trips.
