Beds are hard, and parking is limited - other than this our stay was as always excellent. Staff are super friendly and food is great. Rooms are spotless and I got a free room upgrade on arrival to an apartment- hotel which was almost home from home

The apartment was modern, although the colour scheme for the whole hotel could be so much better, it needs some brightness! At the moment, the colour scheme is grey and black, it feels quite depressing and it's very dark along the corridors, making it difficult to see the room numbers etc!
Staff were helpful.

The apartment was amazing, a real home from home, comfortable clean and with everything you could need including washing machine. Bed very comforable. The receptionist weee friendly and very informative. Always willing to help. would definitely stay again and recommend it for anybody who needs to stay.

Awesome experience. Rooms and bath very clean. Comfortable bed and sofa pull out.
Happy to see dishwasher, laundry machine iron and microwave were Bosch and user friendly. Staff were extremely pleasant. Clarence , Alisha, Birute and Asif catered to all our requests and were very helpful and kind

First time staying in Sutton area. The room was Very clean the housekeeping ladies were helpful and friendly. reception staff were great on check in Great place to stay for getting into London as short walk to the station enjoyed breakfast and coffee machine was perfect

Amazing room with a view overlooking Carshalton and Croydon which at night looks amazing when all lit up. Very convenient with transport connections all around and the station being a 3 min walk. Staff were amazing and eager to assist any enquiry. Will definitely be back again

This is our third visit. The location is great. Close to the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Amenities are very much appreciated, including room safe, washer/dryer, and kitchen essentials.

I stayed 6 nights. First time out of the country on my own and everyone was so awesome. The ladies at the desk were so sweet, and the gentleman at the bar recommended some great spots. Best part is it’s only a 5 minute walk from Sutton station, and you can get direct lines into London. It’s perfect.
