I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and each time it’s been outstanding. The rooms are equipped with everything you’d need as well as some complimentary biscuits and milk which is much appreciated!
The staff are attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble! The location is excellent as well, located pretty much in the centre of Bath so you can walk easily to wherever you want to go.
The real selling point of this hotel is the pool and spa facilities. These are included with the price of the room and you can use them as much as you like during your stay, provided it’s not fully booked. The pool is a decent size, you can do a few laps with ease. There’s a steam room and a sauna as well which are both lovely.
I would highly recommend booking this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Bath.

This hotel was brilliant. Pool area is very clean, well maintained and the time slot system means it never feels crowded. Rooms were of a very high standard, location is also superb.

We stayed here for my partners birthday and they made it feel that little bit extra special upon arrival in the room.

Could not find a single fault with our experience at the hotel, would return without any hesitation if revisiting Bath.

We visit Bath 3 or 4 times a year a I would not stay anywhere else. We checked in online which went very smoothly and we arrived at the hotel around 23hrs on a Friday night. The reception staff were great even though they had a late shift. We got are key card and went to our room which was spotless. The breakfast in the morning was very fresh and loads of choice and the staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. The swimming pool is very warm and just what you need to relax. The only thing is the changing rooms could do with a dryer to dry your swimming costume of in. The bar service is good and the prices for drinks is in my opinion good for a hotel. Best thing to do is to book the hotel direct using the App because you get a discount of food and drink if booked direct. There was a youngster working behind the bar called Alfie I believe he was very good and friendly in fact all the staff were brilliant. The TV in our room was not working when we arrived we mentioned it to reception the next day and it was fixed almost immediately. In all we have booked to stay here again in May and can’t wait. One more thing. It is a central location around 10 minute walk from Bath Spa railway station and 5 minute walk into the city.

Amazing hotel in the central of London. Very clean rooms with separate bath and shower. They have pool and steam-sauna room. Advise to book. Is just 10 min walk to the station.
Really comfortable bed, room equipped with everything you need and even a fridge. Will be returning, thank you to all the friendly team too!

No notes! Stayed at this hotel around New Year's for two nights and had an overall pleasant stay. The restaurant was quiet on NY's Eve and we had a lovely meal. Staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean and nice. Beds were also comfortable and you can't beat the location. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of Bath. The rooms were spotless, with modern amenities that made for a very comfortable experience. They rooms offered a great selection of amenities, including tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with a smile and offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. From the moment I entered, the lobby was beautifully decorated with twinkling lights, a stunning Christmas tree, and seasonal wreaths that immediately set a warm, cozy tone. One of the highlights was the relaxing steam room and spa, which provided the perfect escape after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore all that Bath has to offer, from historic sites to charming cafes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in the city.

There for the Employment Fayre, the vast expanse in the conference area is impressive, as was the event itself.

This is one of the mist upmarket and modern hotels in the city. It has polish and an ambience of professionalism.

We spent a night in this wonderful hotel, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The room was super clean, quiet, and stylish. The staff was very warm and professional throughout our stay. The SPA was exactly what we were looking for! The breakfast was the best we've ever tried. We will definitely come back soon. Highly recommended.👌
