Clean. Cramped. Didn't like sharing bathroom with other renters. Needed individual hand towels for each person
Shoe removal was unnecessary and supervised. Nice to have tissues and water bottles.

Beautiful clean room very comfortable and warm was greeted by the lovely lady who owned it . good transport links to Wembley or close to if driving there . Was easy to find the guest house and parking was available 10/10 will definitely be using again

This guesthouse was a clean budget accommodation with excellent value that I was happy to find during the weekend of the coronation with a welcoming host in an ordinary suburban house, kept spotless. ||Neighborhood: Coming from the USA, I was surprised to find that this was a cute British-Indian community, but it seemed to mostly have Indian restaurants nearby. The location is near the tube station, but on a slightly busy road. Queensbury Tube station in zone 4 is only a 7-min walk away. I wish I’d read the restaurant recommendations on the website, but I ended up finding the excellent fish & chips shop (Skipjacks) on my own without its help and was able to walk there in 8 min. The neighborhood in the evening didn’t feel extremely safe as I crossed over the train bridge and there was a man hiding there smoking, but it wasn’t horrible either.||Room: I stayed in the family room with the private bathroom which was comfortable and immaculate, with a mini fridge, free bottled water, tea- & coffee-making facilities, and a cute view of the various back gardens. The train goes behind the house regularly, but the horns don’t sound often. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep since I like my room cold and needed the windows open. I finally had to close the windows early in the morning. There were also teens sitting on the train bridge most of the evening, screaming and laughing loudly behind the house. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well; however there was nowhere to keep my toiletries while getting ready in the morning. ||Other than the train noise, my only disappointment was that there was no common room to sit in other than my bedroom. The living room downstairs is private; however, I was able to store my suitcase there for the day. Overall, this was what I needed as a last-minute booking and I was rested for my meeting and long day.

The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with a fan, a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. We stayed in the family room with the private bathroom which was lovely.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming but not overbearing - we could come and go as we pleased but we knew where they were if we needed anything as they live within the property on the ground floor (the guest rooms are upstairs). We were also able to park on the drive as there was space available when we stayed which was much appreciated.

Location wise, its a 5 minute walk to Queensbury tube station which is very convenient! For the standard of the room, the location, and the warm welcome we received, this guesthouse is excellent value for money and I do recommend! We had a great stay and we will book again if we are visiting London again 🙂

Had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was as described. I stayed in the room with en-suite, which was very clean with a very hot shower. It was situated in a nice quiet area, and the hostess was very polite and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. Well worth the price.

Stayed for 1 night , room was immaculate .
Very warm , friendly welcome with off street parking .
We went into central London the next day and was allowed to leave the car outside all day at no charge .
Highly recommend, excellent value for money . 5 minute walk to station and food outlets .
Will definitely return again .

Stayed here with my son this weekend. Arrived at 8.30 am to drop the car off and to head into London, was welcomed by the very friendly owner who let us check in at this early time as the room was ready. 5 minute walk to the tube (then 20 minutes and you’re in central London). ||Our room was excellent.....spotlessly clean and modern design. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay at the Apple House Guesthouse and it was every bit as good as my first stay. Usha was a very welcoming and friendly host. The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. Excellent value for money. Queensbury Tube station only a 10min walk away.
