What a great find! The hosts were charming and delightful as was the accommodation and free parking. We had the twin room upstairs which was lovely and big and quiet. The room had a single and a double bed along with a wardrobe, chest of draws, TV and tea & coffee making facilities. The bathroom was on the same landing and literally one step from the bedroom door. It was perfect for our needs and there were lots of smelly goodies available. Breakfast was AMAZING and so much food to choose from! We met some wonderful people who were all impressed with the facilities as well. The complimentary Internet access was of course a bonus and we would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely b&b and the hosts are very welcoming. Tea and delicious cake on arrival. We don't know much of the area and the hosts are very helpful to tell us where are best places to visit. The room that we stayed in was clean and charming. We had the English breakfast which is huge and you can go on till the afternoon. We will definitely coming back.

We were well looked after and felt very welcome. Comfy spotless rooms & bathrooms with plenty of hot water & power showers. Very tasty breakfast with wide variety of choices and our childrens needs were willingly accomadated and they enjoyed roaming the enormous garden each morning & were kindly allowed to feed the fish. Wonderfully dark and quiet at night so a good nights sleep was enjoyed by all!

I ended up here as the booking at a nearby B&B had been messed up. The owners were very nice and helpful and offered a very warm welcome including a cup of coffee on arrival in the sitting room. I was in the twin room which is not en-suite but has a private bathroom down the corridor. The bathroom was tiny but very well equipped with a multitude of toiletries for guests use as well as dressing gowns for going to and from the bathroom. The bedroom also had cotton wool balls, cotton buds, tissues, a large selection of tea and coffee, drinking water, biscuits, kit kats and a selection of books. There is no television in the rooms but guests are welcome to use the television in the sitting room. Breakfast is ordered the night before and served in the dining room at the requested time. Overall, very quaint and not what I'm used to but the little touches were charming, ideal for getting away from it all.

Secluded. Large garden. Quirky. Individual. Relaxed. Cheap. Trusting. Old fashioned. Personal. Tatty. Unusual. If you like all of the above then book it.|This B and B may have been going for several years and it has a handful off reviews... some of which are excellent so it definitely appeals to some people.|The elderly male owner is a tad pushy and over attentive, especially at breakfast, his young wife is shy and her grasp of English is lacking.|The breakfast was great.|There is something that you can't quite put your finger on.|Maybe it was seeing him cutting the grass with no top on and the top of his bottom on show...his belt definitely needed tightening. He was often without a top...not great.|Trying to insist that he would book where we ate out required firm handling.|Maybe the presumption that you want to have him join you to talk about himself during your breakfast, is not your cup of tea.|To get to the garden, you walk through the lounge, where he is sat watching tv, where you are also welcome to sit, this is open plan beside the breakfast table.|There was a pile of laundry and an ironing board on show for our few days. It was very clean.|The room was not on suite but this wasn't a problem or us. |The furniture was mis matched but the beds in our room were comfy.| |We were ladies travelling together and during one breakfast he started to talk to us about lesbians! We let it go as a generational thing and it wasn't offensive, it was amusing.||You have to be seriously relaxed to stay here, we would not stay again.| ||

Had the en-suite double room. Large comfortable, very clean and quiet room, windows on two sides. Excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast, with local fruit, full English and excellent coffee. Host offered to book us a table at the local pub, The Bull Inn, which also served excellent food. Will return when next visiting relatives in Kent.

Well located ,good breakfast, nice towels and bedding.less attention from host whilst eating would have been appreciated.water takes a long time to get warm. Exterior is need of updating although rooms are clean and fresh. More toast with breakfast would have been appreciated.

Fantastic experience when staying at apple tree Bed and Breakfast. My girlfriend and I stayed on bank holiday sunday 01/05/2016 and found the hosts very welcoming. The phone was answered quickly and we were informed of availability. Clean throughout, excellent shower facilities, super breakfast and well organised so no one is waiting for breakfast to be served. Highly recommend if you are visiting Sissinghurst or Bodium Castle.
