We stayed in the Lapland Lodge and had a wonderful time. Peter was excellent at communicating prior to our visit and so accommodating and friendly upon arrival. The lodge is excellent for a couple to stay in for the night, beautifully decorated and so charming. Very well equipped with what you need for a night’s stay. Parking was a huge bonus. Lovely breakfast in the morning too, thank you Peter! A real hidden gem near Swanage. We would love to return! Thank you so much.

A perfect meal for my mums birthday. After hearing a few recommendations I really wanted to try this place. ||Peter and his partner are so lovely and welcomed you with open arms into their property - nothing is too much trouble. ||Beautiful house and delicious food 🤤 |All home made for us - how lucky at we! ||We will definitely be back as we are all still talking about it.

Warm, welcoming hosts at this delightful cottage with truly stunning gardens. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of thoughtful touches that made our stay an absolute joy.|The bedroom was very comfortable with tea & coffee provided. The spiral staircase to the bedroom is narrow, but Peter did check this would be ok when we booked and it was not a problem for us (a couple in their 60s!). Convenient parking available next to the cottage.|Peter shared his local knowledge that gave us a great alternative plan on a wet day.||Highly recommended 10/10. Thank you.

Stayed in April Cottage at the beginning of September and wow what a delightful place to stay. We were lucky to have the double room in the loft with a great view plus seeing the steam trains going along the Swanage railway. They had a slightly different take on the English breakfast, but it worked and was absolutely delicious, and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out in the garden for breakfast both mornings. Very central for visiting Corfe Castle and Swanage beach. Would stay here again if visiting the area and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Stayed for 1 night at Lapland Lodge with my partner and dog. Peter was a brilliant host, he has not missed a single detail in the lodge. It’s so cosy & clean and full with everything you may need. it was a perfect night away in beautiful grounds, in the morning we had breakfast in the main cottage which was amazing! A unique, quaint getaway in the purbeck! Will definitely return!

Lucky to find availability. From arrival to departure, a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We were made to feel so welcome, comfortable and at ease. Room lovely, cosy and clean. Beautiful garden and setting to relax in.||Hosts were amazing and the breakfasts really something to remember. A culinary treat!||||Look forward to staying with Joey & Peter again in their B&B||||Would recommend eating at The Pink Goat in Corfe. You’ll not be disappointed!

Unfortunately me and a friend were only here for one night, could have stayed forever! Such lovely friendly, attentive hosts. The cottage and grounds were incredibly pretty and well kept, even in this heat. The breakfast was, honestly, the best I'd ever had, outside in the sun, with the lovely Peter serving us.
We are sorry to be leaving, but very much hope we will be back.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay here with our dog and cat who were both made to feel very welcome!! The room was cosy and perfect for relaxing in and the hosts were very pleasant and accommodating!! The breakfast by Peter was amazing. Thanks again!
