Had a girlie day in Aqua Spa and had an incredible time! All the rooms were extremely clean and we could always find room. We felt we did not need any treatments as there was so many rooms to explore and experience.
The staff were so friendly especially Rachael on the front desk and the manager of the restaurant. The food was so yummy!

My husband and I visited the spa for a day. I have rated the rooms as 4 star but these are the rooms in the spa, not the hotel, as I didn't see those. The spa rooms were spotlessly clean and there were a range of sauna experiences - hot, cold, wet and dry - however, it would have been even better if there had been a wider variety of experiences.

The spa was lovely, the pool was notable as it had a variety of spots to rest with bubbles and water fountains and the temperature was spot on.

We had lunch in the cafe and it was nice too.

The most notable thing about the spa was the level of care we received from the staff. I have mobility issues and the member of the team who helped us was so very kind and suggested numerous aids to help me access the rooms.

It was a fantastic day and we left feeling thoroughly refreshed.

We spent the day at Aqua Sana Woburn Forest and had the most incredible time. The visit was to celebrate my mum’s birthday - so I treated us both to a treatment. It was so thoughtful, as she was surprised with a complimentary glass of Prosecco after her treatment, which made her feel very special.

My treatment was with Morgan, who was incredible and really worked some magic. I felt so relaxed after, and would highly recommend a face and body treatment with her.

The on-site staff went above and beyond to be welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Ella especially went out of her way to ensure our visit was unforgettable, so a huge THANK YOU to Ella.

My mum also has very specific dietary requirements and the lady who took our order in the restaurant (I wish I knew her name!) was so accommodating and made sure that everything was just right.

Aqua Sana may be a little more pricey than some spas, but you really do pay for what you get. Not only was the customer service unforgettable, but the facilities were beautiful - clean - and well maintained. Aqua Sana Offers a fabulous range of experiences.

I can’t wait to book my next visit.

We only went for a day trip, we were treated with first class service.
Had a back and shoulder massage each, used the jetspa pool, had an afternoon tea which was amazing quality then back to the saunas and pool before having to leave.
Highly recommend this fir a days relaxation.

Came on 8th July for a birthday treat. On arrival and after changing into swimwear and collecting our robes and towels we had trouble finding a room that had 2 spaces to sit in. It was exceptionally busy and was really disappointing. A lovely staff member called Mags overhead us talking and and took us to the post treatment lounge and gave us a glass of bubbly. Excellent customer care skills and made my day a bit nicer. At the end of the day we had a long walk to where our car was parked, again a lovely Man call Mark in his Center Parcs Van drove us to our Car as the heavens opened, a lovely gesture. All in all a lovely day but maybe a little to busy.

I booked myself and a friend onto the Twilight spa as a birthday treat, and it was excellent from start to finish. I’ve been to a few other spas before, but this is by far the best quality and good value too! The glass of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely treat, we shared the platter and then was told as it was my birthday I could get a free slice of cake. So after some time in the spa we came back to the cafe and I was treated to my free birthday cake, a lovely addition. I then went to have my massage, which was excellent, and on the way out was asked if me and my friend would like a free glass of fizz as a birthday treat. The spa itself was high quality and we loved all the experiences.
We both had such a great time at the spa, and it was a wonderful birthday treat, all the little extras made me feel so special. It was the best birthday I have had in a long time, and your spa was part of that, so thank you. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Booked the twilight spa for me and a friend.

We found the rooms a bit repetitive the foot spas wasn’t working sufficiently and there was blue bottles floating around in the outside pool.

The cafe’s service was absolutely shocking. We were sitting in our damp robes waiting for a cup of coffee for 30 mins and they forgot to bring our cake out. When they did bring our slice of cake out (carrot cake!) it was soggy on the outside and almost frozen on the inside where they’d clearly microwaved it. The attitude wasn’t appreciated when reminding them of our simple order.

We really wanted to like this experience but unfortunately we won’t be back.

Booking Aqua Sana day spa was a spontaneous decision the day before my visit. Since this was my first visit, I had no idea what to expect, so I only booked Spa access without any treatments.

My overall experience was absolutely wonderful. The Spa is in the middle of the forest, so you feel at peace as soon as you arrive. It is so quiet and beautiful around.

The front desk staff at the Spa are very friendly and welcoming. Towels and robes are provided upon arrival, and you will be directed to the changing room, which is massive and equipped with lovely Elemis products like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, hand cream, etc. You don’t need to bring anything with you.

The spa is gorgeous, and I love the idea that mobile phones are not allowed inside. There are lovely sessions provided by the Spa staff at different times, which I enjoyed very much, especially the meditation sleeping session with Paulina and the products she recommended. I absolutely loved the Voya lavender body oil—the smell is just amazing, so I bought myself a bottle. There is also a facial routine session during the day where you can try different products, which I enjoyed, too.

I enjoyed the day so much; the rose room is my favourite with its lovely rose blossom smell. The outside pool is heated and wonderfully warm. I had a fantastic time at Aqua Sana and will return for sure. It is excellent value for the money you pay.
