Beautiful spa! If you like a sauna and a steam room this is the place for you. Also lots of chill out areas, I slept for a good hour on the water beds. The lunch was lovely. I definitely recommend!

Definitely one to visit and I would gladly go again if in the area. Lots of experiences to enjoy from hot to cool and back again. The treatments are great and the restaurant/cafe food is reasonable to replenish lost energy; all within the relaxing forest setting.

My friend and I booked a day spa. Lovely, relaxing environment. Loved all the different spa experiences (the salt steam room and the waterbeds were my favourites). Attended two short wellness sessions, one on meditation and one on facials, both were a nice addition to the day. The spa area was clean and well maintained, with plenty of towels available. Staff in all areas were welcoming and professional.

Lunch was included in our package, and was delicious - although there were a few things on the menu that were unavailable. We also visited the cafe during the day for refreshments. Drink prices were on par with most other coffee shops, cake was a bit expensive though.

We didn't book any treatments, as we felt we had enough to fill our day with the spa experiences. We did look at the treatment 'menu' and, to be honest, I thought it was expensive (certainly much more expensive than my local salon in Leeds). However, the pricing may be on par with others in the area so this hasn't impacted my rating.

All in all, we had a wonderful day and are already planning our next visit.

The Aqua sana, hands down the best spa i have been too. Plenty of different things for you to do and make you feel as if you are in another world. They don't seem to over book and it get too busy. Staff are polite and they're happy to help, unfortunately the cold room wasn't working when we went but looking forward to a return visit.

Amazing spa lots of different rooms , tree house sauna is beautiful and I love the outside Jacuzzis and pool area. Ella was exceptional in the restaurant very friendly and did a small gesture for dessert as it was my birthday!. Would come again.

Thoroughly enjoyed a spa day here, with plenty included for the price. The food was lovely, and the arrival drink/snack was a welcome treat to start the day. The treetop sauna was nice but didn't get to temperature until later in the day. The salt and volcano spaces were great, as was the ice room. The pool isn't huge, so not the best for those wanting to swim as an activity, but nice for a gentle paddle and break between sauna/steam rooms. There were plenty of spaces to relax. They could do with installing another hot tub as these are very popular. The staff were mostly fine. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Would absolutely recommend.

Me and my mum came here as a birthday treat and we loved it. The amount and variety of rooms is amazing. We had afternoon tea which was delicious, the staff are so friendly and you can go sit in the cafe anytime and order during your time here (we fancied some snacks after our session). We loved that it wasn’t overcrowded unlike some leisure spas which can be. So relaxing and clean. 100% worth it. I recommend the treehouse sauna and the toadstool rainforest room.
