Me and the Mrs have been here 3 times in the past, we really enjoyed it and I considered it good value for money. I Just went to book this Saturday only to find that they now charge approx 40% extra to go on a Saturday over a weekday. £85 per person on a weekday Vs £130 each on a Saturday. Not only is it a disgusting business practice, it's quite frankly a rip off. £260 for two people for the Spa for FOUR hours, and that's off season. There's zero chance of me paying that price.

A truly wonderful spa experience in such idyllic surroundings! The choice of relaxation options is staggering and my partner tells me the massage she had was also incredible! Highly recommended as an option to step out of a chaotic life for a day and escape... Truly recharged now!

Really not a fan of the refurb. The saunas/ steam rooms didn't feel much different from one another and lacked character. The outdoor hot tubs were a nice addition but other than that I really do dislike the updates. Lastly a member of staff was collecting dressing gowns at 8.30pm (despite a lot of us still using the rooms). Us and two other couples had to flag down the member of staff who was taking the gowns that were hung up outside the rooms, clearly with people inside which made us feel we were being pushed to leave. We have used Aqua Sana for many years and it was always a holiday highlight, sadly this visit will be our last.

Lovely place, very well kept, friendly staff. But have to only give 4 stars as there was a few slight let downs.
None of the saunas were particularly warm, mild- medium. The jacuzzi’s were lukewarm
And the food is mediocre and small portions
Steam rooms have plenty of steam though and nice scents

A lovely spa but a few issues which need resolving.
Waited about 15 minutes to get into the car park in a long queue which was annoying as it was eating into our spa time. Then the locker key bracelet didn’t work and reception were not that helpful- again wasting more time. Slippers are not provided unless willing to pay so you need to take your own or be barefoot all day. The front of house member of staff at the restaurant was quite abrasive. The steam rooms smelled bad- a bit like a loo- they needed a good clean and some essential oils.
Despite these things we loved some aspects- amazing meditation session, lots of spa variety and food was great.

I recently visited Aqua Sana and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect escape.

The staff were kind, welcoming, and added to the overall relaxing experience. I particularly loved the Elemis sponsorship and products—such a high-quality brand. The robes and towels provided were clean and warm, however I would appreciate more space in the changing room and more showers.

The variety of spa experiences is fantastic, with everything from hot tubs to steam rooms to serene meditation rooms. Although, the themes could have varied more as some of the steam rooms were the exact same.

I’ve seen some reviews saying it was very busy - I highly recommend trying the Twilight Spa as it was not busy at all. I’ll definitely be back for more, next time i’ll book an entire stay with Center Parcs.

Great spa. Service was slow in the cafe where we were first directed to. But we were given some extra prosecco as an apology for being ignored for half an hour. Otherwise all good in the spa. Changing room could benefit from slightly more attentive cleaning during busier times. Clumps of hair on the floor aren't that great a look. Plus why are the shower doors see through?

We had a twilight spa last week, we felt the spa reception manager was a little abrupt at our arrival, we were a little early for the 5:30 start. We never received a glass of bubbly on arrival, not sure if any of the incoming guests did. So feel all was not as advertised on booking.
The spa itself is very nice, clean and new. Possibly will think again before booking.
