The Spa itself is good - a range of interesting treatments, nice presentation and good service. However the bar/cafe gave poor service with long waits. In fact we gave up on breakfast after waiting 50 minutes for granola which never arrived. The staff were overwhelmed and dismissive. Worse still, I wrote a letter of complaint and got no response at all. Hardly a premium experience for a premium price.

Always a complete treat to come here. Fabulously relaxing. Wide selection of steam baths, saunas and an open air swimming pool in the middle of the complex. The bundles including breakfast or lunch are a particularly good option. Easy parking, minimum hassle. A superb way to unwind and destress.

My spa visit was no less than perfect! There are so many different rooms to explore and in each one was a different but amazing fragrance. Throughout my visit there were samples of products to try and fresh cucumber and lemon water so that you never feel de hydrated. There was so many rooms to visit that in my 3 hours spent there I was never short of things to do.

I also had a Swedish neck, shoulder and back massage from the most lovely lady: Samantha, who was so helpful and kind during the 30 minute massage, which although was my first, I would imagine will stay the best!
I came out of that massage feeling so relaxed and I couldn’t stop telling my friends how incredible my back felt afterwards. I was recommended a product in which I immediately bought after. The treatment was so worth the little money paid and I will definitely be back soon and asking for Samantha! So thank you 🙂

Great spa experience overall. Spa areas themselves were well maintained and clean. Thankfully, came off peak and didn't seem to suffer any overcrowding issues that others pointed to. There are plenty of different zones within the spa to settle in which was nice. A couple of the experience sections were out of order but overall very impressed.

Didn't have any food or drink as part of our experience but did notice that the cafe itself was clean and calm.

Had an hour massage booked (my first) which I was anxious about prior to as I did not know what to expect. Germaine was fantastic and felt totally comfortable straight away. Would highly recommend her.

Would rebook if coming back to Longleat in a heartbeat. A great escape and perfect place to recharge from the excitement of the pool and various activities!

This is by far the best spa I've been to. It's always clean and welcoming and in a lovely setting.
There's so many different rooms to visit including, places to relax and read a book, steam rooms, saunas, ice room, pool, 2 Jacuzzis outside. They do a guided meditation in the sleep room which has a projector on the ceiling that goes from day to night. Around the spa they have different water stations, cucumber or citrus to keep you refreshed. They do also do Elemis products and do a talk where you can try out the products.
All in all, the best spa and have been back more than once.

Have been visiting the spa for years as it’s a real treat. Our spa day today though was incredibly disappointing as it was so busy that you couldn’t enjoy the rooms, pool or even have space to change in the changing rooms. We left 4 hours early because it was just so stressful. It’s so sad that this place which was so relaxing previously due to restrictions on numbers, which to be honest is expected due to the price you pay, has decided to oversell places and ruin the part that made this place so special.

Super disappointing. Came for husband's birthday last year and loved it, what a difference a year makes. Standards have slipped.
Went on a Friday, spa was rammed. No etiquette, and people shouting across rooms at each other, stomping around, slamming doors or leaving them wide open.
Had a lunch/dinner booked for 4.45 and were ignored by staff for 5 minutes while the cafe was empty. Finally sat, and after 25 minutes of waiting, I had to ask a waitress to come and take our order.
We ate and left the spa two hours early, frustrated, and anything but relaxed.

Won't be going again. If the spa wants returning customers, they need to address the etiquette issues and have staff facilitate the relaxing environment people are paying for.

This has undergone a major refit and the whole experience is a huge improvement.
The spa rooms are much bigger but still retain the intimate feel.
My package included lunch and this was tasty and enjoyable.
I was advised by a staff member to avoid weekends. She said they don't restrict entry and there was over 450 people one Saturday.
Entry is expensive, but if you get a quiet day, it is worth the money
