Just had my new hot tub delivered and installed by Aqua Warehouse, a beautiful showroom with plenty of choice, no pressure sales team, the delivery and installation was very smooth, the two that installed was he hot tub were very nice, caring and knowledgeable, I have over 18 years experience with hot tubs and this is by far the best so far.

I bought a Reef Spa Luzon from Andy, about 1.5 years ago and I have been waited to write this review. The service from the initial viewing to install was simply excellent, no pressure sales and he made both my partner and I, feel very comfortable in the process. The showroom is excellent and amazing in terms of the tubs available to view.

We bought a store model and when it was delivered, we were informed that the tub we thought we were getting, and what we were actually getting was different. Low and behold, we got a brand new one for one reason or another. Amazing!

We had a Bluetooth issue where the built in unit did not have a password and my neighbours unknowingly were connecting to it and playing music, I spoke with Richard and within 2 days the system was changed free of charge. It's was a small issue, and how they dealt with it has has been exceptional.

I could not compliment Aqua Spas enough from the initial sale, right though to install. Very professional, a top tier company.

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff in showroom & any queries dealt with immediately via email. We put a deposit down well over a year ago & they have been very patient whilst we wait for our build to complete & be ready for our hot tub installation, which is due tomorrow. Obviously I can’t comment on that yet, but so far we have been very happy & would highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. I called to enquire about a cover, a week later it was fitted. I wasn't sure of the sizing but the lady I talked to was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering was straightforward and item was delivered and fitted the next week. The gentlemen who delivered it were friendly and again really helpful. I would highly recommend Aqua Warehouse.
